Sorry if I misinterpreted you. That he was arrested and charged with the shootings will come out quickly anyway. I believe you can find booking info online pretty easily. The parole violation wouldn't be enough to secure a search warrant, IMO, and so they had to accuse him of being involved in the crime in order to get one. JMO -

I'm 90% sure there will be a rookie cap in the new CBA I'm not so sure about that. The bar can be set higher and faster by using money saved to sign veterans. This is just an example, the money cited probably isn't exactly accurate, but Albert Haynesworth might have gotten $150,000,000. I use Haynesworth as an example because he's the most recent $100,000,0000 player who's not a QB I can think of. His play since the contract has nothing to do with my example. This is good for the game because it rewards good play and that's good for both the union and NFL. It also means the next guy to negotiate a contract has a $50,000,000 higher ceiling to negotiate from. JMO The NFL wants it more than the union does so I think they'll be coy and use it as a negotiating tool but I fully expect one to come out of the bargaining. Also, IMO, you'll see guaranteed contracts coming out of this. -
Noooooooo, I merely edited your post to be more accurate. In your post you say you believe you've won and I'll agree with that; meaning you thinking you've won when in fact you have not.

The police had great reasons for arresting and charging that assmunch! Why people are criticizing them rather than lauding them is beyond me. They did the right thing both times. JMO http://www.buffalonews.com/city/article103354.ece This article has info on how and why the suspect was arrested and charged. http://www.buffalonews.com/city/article103354.ece Officials cite factors in charging wrong man Suspect held because of a witness ID, bloody shirt, people yelling his name and his lack of candor By Gene Warner News Staff Reporter A highly credible witness to the City Grill shooting had picked Keith D. Johnson out of a six-man photo array. Police searching Johnson's Minnesota Avenue home found a shirt that appeared to be blood-stained and had the same predominant color as the shooter's. Detectives heard that just after the shooting early Saturday, people had run back into the City Grill yelling, "Keith, Keith, Keith." And police say Johnson gave detectives at least five different stories about whether he was at the Main Street shooting scene and how he got there.... -
Fixed!

Why would the former Bills player care about beets? I bet Dwight Schrute is livid.

Cats and laser lights are always fun!! I play with one with my sisters cats and they can't figure out why the thing is on top of their paw when they think they've held it down.

I have no problem with gang knuckleheads killing each other but it looks like some innocent people were killed here too. -

Link Mother of briefly jailed suspect: 'They should have examined the videotapes' ...Johnson, 25, who was recently released on parole after serving three years for a violent assault, was arrested on murder charges at his mother's home by members of the Buffalo Police Special Weapons and Tactics Team late Saturday morning, about nine hours after the shootings. But late Saturday night, Sedita told The News that authorities no longer believed Johnson was the shooter and were planning to ask for the charges to be dropped.... I'm sorry they arrested the wrong guy but he was just released for violent assault and, IMO, it's natural the police would look at him. Especially when this part of the article is taken into consideration; ...Sedita told The News that police arrested Johnson based on information from witnesses who said a man named Keith who was recently released on parole may have been involved in the shootings. After checking parole records, they came up with Keith Johnson. He said that detectives who questioned Johnson found that he "changed his story of what happened several times." Sedita said apparently an item of clothing that appeared to be bloodstained was found at Johnson's home.... Picking up a guy named Keith who had been paroled and was on the scene at the time of the shooting doesn't sound like bad police work to me. It just sucks for this guy he fit the tip. Changing his story with the cops didn't help either. Sad to say, but if you're convicted of a crime you're always going to be a suspect if your around a similar crime when it happens. -
Link Police: Accused Craigslist killer dead of apparent suicide By the CNN Wire Staff August 15, 2010 5:12 p.m. EDT (CNN) -- A onetime medical student who was facing charges including first-degree murder in a killing tied to the Craigslist website died Sunday of an apparent suicide, police said. Philip Markoff was found unresponsive in his Boston, Massachusetts, jail cell at 10:17 a.m. Sunday and pronounced dead by medics, according to officials. The cause of death is under investigation, Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis and Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said in a statement. "Markoff was alone in his cell and all evidence collected thus far indicates that he took his own life," the statement said. "Nonetheless, as with all such cases, a comprehensive investigation will be conducted to determine the facts and circumstances surrounding his death." Well that saves us a lot of money and time on a trial!
