Hangman not being on the team was a mild surprise, but really - I'm not "shocked" by any of the cuts. The shocking ones happened in training camp..

I think the Bills are better this year (although I wish the Lee Evans was still on the team). That being said, I don't believe the 2011 record will be much better. The Bills have one of the toughest schedules and play in a strong division. Couple that with only 7 home games (Toronto is NOT "Home"), the cards are stacked against the Bills. I'm thinking 5-11 right now, but injuries could change that..

What will you all do if we win the division this year? I'll be shocked, but happy!

I think that 8-8 or better is possible, especially if the Bills stay healthy.

A team shouldn't jettison its best players. The Bills need Lee Evans more than Lee Evans need the Bills

You pretty much can't go wrong at a home game. It's easier to watch from the Bills side because the sun is behind you (on those rare sunny days at the Ralph)

I have a Cub Cadet, and it's a decent tractor. If you're not handy, I wouldn't recommend it because sharpening the blades is a fairly involved procedure. You have to drop the mower deck just to remove the blades on mine (42" deck). But with a 1/3 of an acre, a smaller riding lawn mower is probably big enough.

35th is coming up next year. Did not go to 30th, but 25th was pretty good. Glad to hear you had a good time, Pooj..
