Someone please explain this cash to cap thing to me. I have read the posts in this forum and many are contradictory. Would someone please provide a link to a reliable source explaining this cash to cap thing and/or provide an explanation with an example of a player being signed and how that signing would work with the cash to cap strategy.

Your mock draft brought to my attention an interesting point. In many mock drafts, the Bills are the first team to draft a Cornerback. Now in your mock draft you have the Bills selecting Darrelle Revis from Pittsburgh, but in many other mock drafts they have the Bills drafting Leon Hall of Michigan. Now my question is which cornerback would best fit the Bills cover 2? Revis? Hall? Other?

It is being reported that James Lofton is set to become the Raiders new head coach. Contract is still being finalized.
