  1. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/4318/corey-graham His contract now makes a lot more sense.
  2. No. Spiller is insanely productive for the number of carries he gets. Dixon was signed merely to give the Bills a good ST player and goal line battering ram. If anything the bills want to cut down on the penetration the line allows when Spiller is in the game.
  3. Stevie was mad at Tuel for throwing a pick when he was wide open for a TD? Good. Marrone teaches his players to hold team mates accountable. When Spiller was getting hit in the backfield on almost everyone of his carries last year Marrone said (paraphrasing) "the difference between me and you is that I'd let them (the offensive line) know I'm mad as hell."
  4. Corey Graham is also on there ranking number 5 among DBS.
  5. The draft is never really great at TE anyway. It's scary how few impact TEs are actually in the NFL.
  6. Go for a LB instead. We are deep enough at DT, and Wilfork is a monumental risk. He wasn't playing near his old form before he got injured, and an Achilles tear is some scary stuff.
  7. There are two $6 million bonuses. One in year two, and another $6 mill if he's on the roster on the 3rd league day of of year 3, which is guaranteed for injury only.http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/new-orleans-saints/jairus-byrd/ Year 3 is decision time if he's not on the roster they only pay him $1.4 mill.
  8. yeah except the Saints gave themselves an out after year 2. His $6 million roster bonus is guaranteed for INJURY only, not skill. Only $20 mill is actually guaranteed, which is the first 2 years. Not to mention the Saints don't care about cap hits since they just cut or restructure players which just shifts the fire sale into a later year. So yeah the only reason for the non guaranteed bonus is to give the Saints an option to save cash and take the cap hit instead. Years 4-6 are just fluff to spread the bonus out with year 3 being the decision year if they want to pay him the bonus.
  9. Byrd essentially signed a 2 year $20 million deal with a club option for year three. Almost all of year 3 is guaranteed for injury only, which means if Byrd passes a physical they can avoid paying him 6 mill. After year 3 his deal becomes almost all salary and no bonus. Look for Byrd to be a FA again in 2016.
  10. Graham is like 5 inches taller than Robey, he's listed at 6 feet.
  11. I like Robey a lot, but I wouldn't put him on a bigger WR or TE. Graham can help with the bigger guys and Robey can shut down the smaller guys. The Vincent Jackson TD that made Robey look like a kindergartener is probably what prompted this move. Either way, pretty much every team starts 3 corners anyway.
  12. Okay? I already know part of the Bills gameplay against the Pats. Make Revis cover Stevie as much as possible. Their secondary is still pretty terrible though.... Tons and tons of busts there.
  13. What were the Bills supposed to do, match that offer? NO was only able to offer that much cash and years because they only have a couple years left at contention. The Saints will use Byrd fora year or two then cut him. Dead space doesn't matter because the Saints will be crappy until they find Brees replacement. They way they've managed their cap, the only possible outcome is a Dallas style fires ale. That's ok though the Saints know they will suck soon so they are going for it
  14. Byrd struck gold. He gets his $28 million and he gets to test the market again in a year or two when Saints cut him. No other team could offer that deal because NO doesn't care about future dead cap money, they're going to blow that roster up anyway.
  15. The Sabres had to make this move. Milller is 33, and will probably be in the twilight of his career when the Sabres are finally good again. Still, it sucks to see one of the best goaltenders in the NHL go.
  16. I guess my overall point is that there is no difference between Islam, Christianity, and Judaism they all have !@#$ed up bronze and dark age values throughout them. The only differences in is in the populations, as there are very few Christians, and virtually no Jews that follow their books word for word. That's not the case with Islam, as their is a small minority that does.
  17. If you think Orthodox Jews follow the Torah word for word you know nothing about the old testament. "Follow" your religion by cherry-picking all the nice things and disregarding all the bad? There is a reason that the ones that follow the most closely to their religion are the terrorists and extremists. It's because the major religions are full of immoral rules and commands. Do Jews execute husbands/wives for having sex on their period? No because they know its bronze age bull **** and not the word of "god". Do they still burn their finest bull at an altar to please god? Do they execute their children for disobeying their parents? No because they realize that they have a higher moral compass than the book they follow. It's the same reason women can teach at Catholic/Christian schools. We ignore what we don't like.
  18. The Cowboys are like $20-30 million over the cap though.
  19. Newsflash: everyone wants more money all the time. You get what you can negotiate for, it's the same everywhere.
  20. You won't see a serious drop in incarceration rates and recidivism rates until the war on drugs ends. Why would any criminal work a 9-5 for $30 grand a year, when they can make the same amount in a month selling drugs? There is almost no other criminal act that makes that kind of cash. Sadly, there's too much money going into everyone's pockets for anything to change.

  22. Yeah, this ends one way. Marrone and Whaley will get what they want. What are the Bills going to do, fire their coach and GM?
  23. Mack would play the SAM in 4-3, and OLB in the 3-4. He could probably also play 4-3 DE, but that would waste his coverage abilities.
  24. Both Rocket Raccoon and Groot (Tree) are members of the Guardians of the Galaxy in the comics. You can't really "ruin" it with that, since that's the way its been for like 20 years.
  25. Of course it's ok to hit a woman. If someone is attacking you, there is one responsibility: To end the threat with as little damage to yourself as possible. Who the !@#$ wants to lose an eye from a beer bottle because it's "never OK to hit a woman". Get real.
