We don't need Harvey. With the addition of Stroud, and McCargo being a lot better, QBs will not be able to just step up in the pocket to avoid our DE's. All to often last year; we would beat the OT's but the QB would just step up due to the lack of middle pressure.

In the vast majority of cases you need a good passing game to have a good running game. You also need a good passing game to score points, case in point the Titans last year. They had a very good running game but no passing game so their offense was terrible.

What is the position of greatest need? WR. Who is the best WR in the draft? Sweed/Kelly. Who will make the biggest impact on your team? a WR. How many points did we score a game last year? 16 or so. And you want to draft defense?

How does D-line make you not 30th in points scored?

Last time i checked, our D-Line was fine. Only an idiot would draft at a position he is already deep at; when he was much more glaring needs.... like scoring 10 touchdowns last season.
