  1. That was a very informative article.
  2. We should rename the beef on weck, to "a Russert"
  3. You are seriously suggesting that Lynch's attorney did this?: 1. Lynch talked to Wilson/Brandon 2. Admitted it. 3. Then says "Screw you Frank, you are going to have to indict us" While passing up a plea deal? His lawyer is not an idiot. He knew from the start that this would come down to an indictment, hell, the DA said that a week ago. Do you know how ridiculous you sound?
  4. How dense are you? Lynch's attorney obvious would have told him not to talk to anyone. Hell, he knew that they would be called to testify when he took the silent approach. If they did question him, he most definitely did not answer, as all of his attorney's actions point to it.
  5. If they were involved in the crime, wouldn't answering any questions potentially incriminate them? If he answers the "was lynch driving" question, he could be incriminating himself.
  6. You are assuming his high-powered attorney didn't think of this; any good attorney would advise lynch to talk to no one about it.
  7. And you don't think his $1000 an hour attorney knows this? There is no way they would have let it get this far if Lynch had discussed this with the bills.
  8. So, yeah... I'm pretty sure the players could plead the 5th. The administration cannot.
  9. Man, 404 page not found is in a HUGE amount of trouble.
  10. Klaatu Verada Necktie...Nectar...Nickel...It's an "N" word, it's definitely an "N" word Klaatu Verada N- *Cough*
  11. Do we have to go over this myth again? Top flight receivers DO suffer from having bad teams. Most scouts consider Evans to be a top receiver.
  12. Once you get a lawyer, it is illegal for them to directly talk to you.
  13. They had an interesting segment in 930 this morning. It cited a statistic that 25% of wrongly convicted individuals made a statement to the police that was used against them. This is why lawyers almost never advise someone to speak to the police.
  14. You think it wouldn't be harder for these kids to get kegs delivered for 80+ people?
  15. If i was one of these kids parents, i would be extremely pissed. They provided all these people with access to large amounts of alcohol. Obtaining that much, would certainly be much harder without the support of the parents.
  16. What i don't get, is why his attorney would offer information if he was driving the car. Which makes me think he wasn't driving.
  17. I doubt they have anything credible on lynch. Frank Clark said they were presuming Lynch was driving.
  18. My gut feeling, is no suspension. Goodell is very lenient with first time offenders.
  19. That's where i disagree; i would rather have someone on their FIRST mistake.
  20. Woody is 30, and has played like 13 games in the last two seasons.
  21. How dare they pull over a black man... even if he was drunk? The damn cops are at fault for him driving drunk!. /sarcasm off http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3430752
  22. I'm going to wait until someone is convicted, before i pass judgment.
  23. That is incorrect, she can decide not to press charges.
  24. If these eye witnesses were credible, he would have been arrested already. That, or he would have turned himself in and gotten a plea deal.
  25. 10. Marshawn Lynch, Buffalo Bills Watch: Lynch highlights Superpower -- For a back who had concerns about toughness, Lynch sure does know how to finish. He lowers his pads and breaks tackles on first contact. He showed solid vision and run instincts last year as a rookie, something many first-year backs struggle with. Kryptonite -- Lynch needs to develop his receiving skills; he had 18 receptions out of the backfield last season. He does not show a lot of wiggle and can be a bit of a straight-line runner. He needs to become a better blocker, as he missed some blitz pickups that resulted in QB sacks last season. http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/insider/new...%3fid%3d3422768
