Did you not read the article? Law Enforcement clearly states its very possible he didn't know he hit her. I would love to see your expertise on this matter, as you do not have any where near the experience that these officers have. That exact charge he is pleading to is used in cases where the driver did not know he hit someone.

Were they driving a Porsche SUV? Have you seen those commercials that brag about not being able to feel the conditions of the road while driving? The reason these cars are so expensive is because they are insulated from the outside world. You cannot hear, or feel anything at all when in them. She may be telling the truth, but her testimony has to be looked upon as heavily biased. The witnesses and security tapes are much more credible.

The victims version is ALWAYS least credible. She stands to gain from a civil lawsuit, and therefore the witnesses hold much more sway.
