I know Levitre is starting there but we are ridiculously thin. Oh well, it's only Friday so no rush. Oh yeah, and we have Kirk "Behind the Green Door" Chambers. I know, who cares but still this seems so basic, sign a warm body in case someone else gets hurt.

Dog, if you're not in PR you should be. You are trying to make the sh*t sandwich that is the Bills offense into into a delicious Beef on Weck, but it ain't working. The stat I showed didn't show equal distribution, it showed pathetic production. Lee is on pace for 48 catches and he's the leading receiver. The anemic offensive stats are overwhelming and indefensible. And there is more than enought blame to go around to Trent, the coaches, the OL, and the skill positions. The fact that other players and coaches are lousy does not take away from Trent's shortcomings. He is inaccurate, afraid to throw downfield, and lacks any discernible leadership qualities. The guy just stinks.

You don't? Lee has caught 27 balls compared to T.O.'s 26, through 9 games. I'd say Trent's having the same problems with everyone, and that problem is that he's not any good.

Buffalo -- Sanjay Lal. Sanjay, a relative unknown, is the wide receivers coach for the Raiders. I hear he interviews very well and has assembled a notebook (3 ring) of all the top assistants available throughout Pop Warner and mid level high schools. My sources tell me that Ralph has OK'd the marketing whiz to give up a 2nd round pick to secure his services.

UB was actually favored by 2-1/2, so no cover. As for ESPN, I wouldn't be so sure of that as the last two weeks made for very entertaining football in a reasonably good college atmosphere (crowd wasn't huge but enthusiastic). If Turner is still around, I would expect more of these national games on off nights as he is still about the biggest star power the MAC has. Anyway, really enjoyed another season of UB football and my group is definitely renewing our 12 season tickets.

Very cool. I have been a fan of Willie's since his first album in 1980. He has never achieved the popularity his music deserved but to say he is critically acclaimed is an understatement. Springsteen, Bono, Lou Reed, Little Steven, Lucinda Williams and many others all sing his praises. Also he is one of those musicians who is still immensely popular in Europe. is a video from September where he played in front of 40,000 in Lisbon. Yet he plays at small clubs here in the US. The music business ain't always fair.

Very much looking forward to the HSBC show. Wife and I got great seats in the 200's. Last show of the tour should be special. Buffalo's own Willie Nile rumored to be joining the band onstage at some point during the show as he did on the first night of Bruce's 5 night stand at Giants Stadium.
