  1. Authorities report Giesbers works as a model. He is used by drug companies as the "before" picture.
  2. Is that the one made with real bits of panther? For me, I'll second Dos Equis Amber. Someone also mentioned Goose Island, their 312 and Honkers Ale are excellent. I also enjoy quite a few of the brews from Great Lakes Brewing. Their Oktoberfest was quite good. As for West Coast brews, how about the pride of Chico, CA, Sierra Nevada. Their Kellerweis is delicious. Also any of the house beers from the Buffalo Brew Pub.
  3. Does this mean that Chuck Lester is actually out of a job? Or has he been appointed as special assistant to Mr. Smithers? Inquiring minds want to know.
  4. You should be shocked...and disappointed. I think the only rational response at this point is for you to never post on this message board again until Cowher comes to his senses.
  5. Congrats Jack. That is a nice achievment. And to think you have done it in what is arguably the worst decade in team history makes it more so.
  6. I am guessing she WAS DIB's favorite. The girl went and had breast reduction surgery!
  7. Something like: sChottenheimer+ Bills= firSt round playoff loss While Marty would be a significant upgrade to our recent coaches, if given the choice, Cowher would be a no-brainer.
  8. Currently leasing a CX-9. I also stepped down from a minivan but needed enough space to take my daughter (and all her stuff) to college and back and the CX-9 certainly fit the bill. I really have nothing bad to say about the car. I get a lot of compliments on the styling of the car and it is very comfortable to drive. The one knock is the gas mileage which is horrible, but exactly as advertised (15 city, 21 hwy). Combined with a smallish 16 gal tank (the van had a 25 gal tank), I find myself filling up more often than I'd like. I also test drove the Highlander and liked the CX-9 better for both drivability and looks. Hope this helps.
  9. And now there is this latest blog from Mark Gaughan: I'm sorry, but that is ridiculous. I sure hope Buddy is the right choice, but that comfort zone business is nonsense. If Ralph had an ounce of football sense left at this point, he would have searched for someone far, far away from the excrement pile at OBD. The fact that he even interviewed Modrak and Guy says all we need to know about Ralph's steadfast commitment to mediocrity. Don't hand me the Rooney Rule either as, guess what, there may actually be QUALIFIED minority candidates out there.
  10. I'm picturing Coach Sal as the Will Ferrell character in Wedding Crashers..."Mom, Meatloaf!!!"
  11. And that right there is yet another prime example of why we desperately need a real football man at the helm. That day cannot come soon enough.
  12. Come on Brandon, don't be so negative. A 1st and a 3rd for Derek Anderson, what could possibly go wrong?
  13. Freakin hilarious. Too many good lines but a couple that stood out:
  14. I picked up someone at the airport yesterday and I saw a mysterious wad of spittle by the elevators so I was already suspecting it was Cowher. And that was before I saw this thread with these impeccable sources!! Championship!!
  15. Nice one. "2009 Buffalo Bills: Friday Practice Champions"
  16. I agree the team has MUCH bigger issues than uniforms, but if the Atlanta game was the last time they wore those ridiculous clown suit away unis, it would be just fine with me.
  17. Please don't compare a warrior like Phil Hansen to this guy. Couldn't be more opposite. Schobel's a (diminishing) talent to be sure, but his attitude has ALWAYS been horrible. He's not dispirited, he's just his normal surly self. Phil was the ultimate team guy.
