I went to school with him from elementary right through when he left town (Sweet Home SD). Believe it or not he really wasn't the guy you described, he was really kind of average and was left alone for the most part. Although he did have that brooding artist act down even at a young age. He was also consistent even back then about how he wanted to get out of town. But believe me, he became a far bigger tool after he left Buffalo. For a guy pushing 50, he still tries to play that angry young man all the time. This just in Vince, we ain't that young anymore.

When I went it wasn't the ungodly cost it is now. And I am putting my daughter through a very pricey college right now so I agree with what you are saying. She's extremely lucky she won't have those big loan payments. I am paying far more for her undergrad than my wife and I paid for our house, and it isn't close (I live in Cheektowaga so as not to offend PTR with my obscene wealth).

Actually, you get a 1099-R when you have a distribution or rollover from the retirement accounts and those forms were due out by the end of January. If you did not take any of the funds, then you will receive a form 5498 by May 15th which just tells you the fair market value of the account at 12/31/09. So Jack, if you did not take anything out of the IRA or 401k in 2009, then you will not need any forms from them to complete your taxes.
