I do not wish the man any ill will. The plain fact is he has not the slightest idea whether this rebuilding process will take 3 years, or 30. He simply is awful at building a quality organization with competent people at key positions, AND then leaving those people alone to do their job without his interference. We are nowhere, and it hurts.

You're wrong there. I know plenty of 25+ year season ticket holders who did not renew this year and while the atmosphere at the game is not the only reason, it was a big part of their decision. Way too many inconsiderate sloppy drunks at the game.

Not necessarily true. If RW leaves his stock to a specific person (i.e. - his wife), then that person becomes the owner and they can sell the team to whomever they want and it does not necessarily have to go to the highest bidder. If he does not designate who inherits the stock then it is up to the executor of the estate to (most likely) liquidate the assets and they would be required to accept the highest bidder (i.e. -- Buffalo is toast). So it is actually very easy for Ralph to ensure the franchise's continued existence in Buffalo and why he has not done it (or announced it) is beyond me. However, Tgreg's report above gives me hope that this structure or something like it is in place already.

Left Bank is a secret? Then why is it always so darn busy? Great restaurant, but my absolute favorite is Lombardo's on Hertel. Great ambiance and service and the food is amazing. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience there.
