Fitz's stats 60%completion, 18Td's 9Int's, and 24.5 points a game speak for themselves. The problem is the defense gives up more.If you can't see that you never will.
Somone who can knock the spit out of Tom Brady and make him piss in his pants. A dominating mother phucker on defense who will lead the NFL in sacks, forced fumbles and QB TKO's.
60% completion with 18 Td's and only 9 Int's with a 88.1 passer rating is not a fluke and I doubt few could do better. The ONLY reason why people want a 1st round QB is to have a 1st round QB. Luck, Locker or Mallet could not do any better than those stat's, at least in there first three years. And the chances of a QB panning out are'nt that great.
Over the past four or five games the Offensive line play has been amazingly playing pretty damn good even with the revolving door at OT. I am not saying there's no room for improvement but the real focus of next years draft should be DE/OLB pass rushers on defense. If QB Luck is there take him, otherwise draft three DE/OLB in the first Three rounds. Load up on the front seven and draft some OT in the 4th round and later.
Gotta another Int today, by a DE? The DB coach and the rest of D coaches need to be bagging groceries at Tops. Worst Defense Ihave ever seen since I started watching this team in 1978.
It would great to see more of CJ Spiller now that Roscoe Parrish is done for the year. They could use Spiller more split out wide on screens and slants to get him the bal more in open space where he is more dangerous. Just a thought.
1. Andrew Luck QB.
2. Cameron Heyward DE.
3. Nate Solder OT
4. Sam Acho OLB.
4. from Seatle. Don'Ta Hightower ILB.
5. Vince Brown OLB.
6. Virgil Green. TE
7. someone who can play football.
The defense is the problem, not Fitz. No pass rush, no picks, no turnovers, can't stop the run. Totaly worthless. Fitzpatrick and Steve Johnson was the whole team basically, otherwise the score would be 22-0.
D is a failing grade. J only!
Supposed to be a Funny post, though the best QB's in team history started with J. This was not a Jake Locker fan club post.
The bills all time best QB's First names all started with the letter J. In the 1960's it was Jack Kemp, in the 1970's it was Joe Ferguson and in the 1990's it was Jim Kelly. That means that our next great QB will be, Jake Locker. Count on it.
