The Bills needs another QB, only two on the Team, replacing EJ or not.

The Bills are going to a power blocking team. Under Marrone they were a zone blocking team, which the players need to be more mobile. That is why Richardson struggled. Size and strength are used in power blocking so hopefully this will help Richardson and Kuandjo. THat being said I would still a draft with our 1st pick.

Lovie Smith and Glennon supposedly do not see I to eye, just going by what I heard. If you need to offer a fifth and a seventh do it. Or a fifth this year and a fifth next year.

If I were the Bills I would offer Tampa bay a fifth round pick this year for Mike Glennon. He has good size, a big arm and in 19 games has passed for 4025 yards 58.8% completion 29 TD's and only 15 INT's. Then have EJ and Glennon compete for the starting job. Between the two of them in a competition you should get one starter. I hope.

Frank Reich would be an ideal candidate for next Head Coach. He has the intelligence, fortitude and history to do so, When He was in college in Maryland he led the greatest comeback in college football history against Miami. Then everyone knows about the 1992 playoff game where Frank led the Buffalo Bills back from a 35-3 deficit to win 41-38. Well I would say 15 years without a playoff appearance is deficit. The Bills were once the most feared team in the AFC. They were in the national spotlight, appearing on Monday night football often, players used to want to play here and opposing teams did not. Creative offensive mind, an innovator not a follower, copy cat coach. 3. Develops a passing game to take advantage of Watkins, Woods and Hogan. Ten to fifteen yard passes, not two yard passes and hope they break a tackle. 4. Someone who will keep Schwartz as DC. Players love him, and results speak for themselves. 5. Players coach who respects the players. Marrone did not. 6.A coach willing to take chances, like going for it on 4th and one.When you have a stud defense, take a chance.
