I would trade back and get as many picks as possible, not just this year but every year. Not just because of the Bills depth, but because injuries impact every team. So I would look to pick up at least two extra picks.

By letting Tyrod go and resigning EJ Manuel and starting him ALL of 2017 you guarantee the Bills to have a top five pick in 2018 draft. And if they let most of their older FA players go it even makes the odds even better. Than when the Bills finish 3-13 they can draft the franchise QB that WGR and all experts are dreaming about. That is if that QB pans out.

The Bills probably will not keep Tyrod Taylor and have no replacement. No decent coach will dare take the Head Coaching position and the Bills play the a tough schedule next year. Miami is really improved and we could not even beat the lowly Jets. I bet is that they will just enough games to not get a 2018 top five draft pick.
