  1. Okay, that was a pretty fast inning, but Damon certainly stretched Lieber out. Let's kick Schilling's ass now. Come on Jeter, stretch him out!
  2. I agree! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Boston :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: The Red Sox Fans :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: The Patriots Fans
  3. Oh yeah, that's what I meant. I hope they burn Schilling for 10 runs and destroy the Red Sox to make it a quick and painful ending to this series for the Red Sox and their fans. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: The Red Sox
  4. Oh and is it me or does anyone else get sick everytime they see that stupid Mastercard Red Sox commercial? WTF! It's almost as if everyone on TV, and all over the country wants the !@#$ing Red Sox to make history by taking this to game 7 and winning it. WTF!
  5. I hope it's a quick and painless death of the Red Sox today. I don't want to see this dragged to game 7.
  6. If it comes down to the bullpens again...which team has more pitchers left? Boston used all of them yesterday for a while. NY used a bunch, but Gordon and Sturtze didn't pitch a whole inning and either did a couple others. Rivera probably won't be available until the 9th inning. And isn't Quantrill injured?
  7. One last thought...why the hell did Loaiza pitch to Ortiz after he kept hitting at all his pitches? He should have walked him and pitched to Mientkiewicz. No matter whether you had bases loaded or two on base...all they needed was one out. I'd feel much more comfortable with getting Mientkiewicz out OVER Ortiz.
  8. That's what annoys me about the so called "homefield advantage"...it's only 2 games, unless you go the last 2 also. BTW...if this game was in the Bronx...the Yankees would have won.
  9. hmmm...I don't know. I just hope he sucks again, and this time he can't blame his injury. Oh BTW.... :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: The Red Sox
  10. That was a solid game by Loaiza! So close! Good game, Red Sox! We'll see you in New York! Yankees/Red Sox with Lieber/Schilling Come on Lieber! Let's continue what you did in game 2.
  11. !@#$! I knew it! Why didn't they just walk Ortiz? After all those pitches? You could tell he was going to hit it!
  12. OMG! That was scary.
  13. Yeah it does seem like so long ago. Remember when the Yankees were winning this game? Man does that seem like a long time too.
  14. The funniest thing about this... NONE of the 4 baseball teams that are playing right now have scored since the Red Sox scored in the 8th. The NLCS is still 0-0.
  15. Who would have thunk we'd be saying that?
  16. And it's the longest postseason game in history now. It's almost been going on for 6 hours.
  17. You realize you are jumping ahead 2 games...right? Today's...game 6 with Lieber, and game 7
  18. I figured that it would probably go back to NY, but I am still getting those false hopes that the Bills have given me so far.
  19. This game is doing the same thing that all the Bills games have done to me this season. I'm pretty close.
  20. Damn it! 18 stranded runners! WTF!
  21. I'm just curious why Torre hasn't used a single guy on bench. They are all still there.
  22. I agree with you on this Ortiz one. But Damon was definitely NOT safe.
