  1. I agree. EVERYONE was worried about Jacksonville and it looks like Houston is taking care of them for us. Pitt and Baltimore is close, but yet no one worried about Denver. I guess we should have. Best thing to do is root for the Jets to lose out, and then if everything else goes our way today...and the Bills win out...It might be the Bills and Broncos as the final 2 spots.
  2. I agree. It helps St Louis that Marc Bulger is back and they are going to be fighting to win their division next week.
  3. I want an Indy win...but I think we'd be better rooting for the Jets to lose out. That way their playoff spot it open for us.
  4. Go San Diego this week. Then Indy will play tough next week. *pray*
  5. I'm in the same boat. My Grandma always gets me a Bills calendar. I didn't get one this year. I'll definitely pick one up at the bookstore this week, when I get Marv Levy's new book.
  6. I agree. He didn't even get the alternate job. That went to the Steelers punter. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: The Pro Bowl voters :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Shane "I'd never be able to get these numbers in Buffalo" Lechler
  7. Congrats to Schobel and Clements. They deserve it. I don't understand the Moulds selection. Other receivers are above him this season IMO.
  8. I agree. Fletcher got SCREWED.
  9. Additionally, cornerback Nate Clements, wide receiver Eric Moulds, and defensive end Aaron Schobel have been named as AFC alternates.
  10. VCoach Reports.
  11. The problem is...Moorman doesn't just punt. He has made several big plays this year. I don't see Lechler doing that.
  12. The New York Jets announced Wednesday that three of their players, WE John Abraham, RB Curtis Martin and C Kevin Mawae, have been selected to represent the American Football Conference in the Pro Bowl, the NFL’s annual all-star game.
  13. They said Alternates. Moorman better at least get in as an alternate.
  14. Or Dante Hall's chances... *pray*
  15. In addition, six Steelers have been selected as alternates to the squad. Rookie quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, defensive end Aaron Smith, wide receiver Antwaan Randle El as kick return specialist, offensive tackle Marvin Smith, punter Chris Gardocki and fullback Dan Kreider.
  16. Damn it...TWO LBs from Pittsburgh got in... Steelers earning Pro Bowl recognition are: offensive guard Alan Faneca, inside linebacker James Farrior, center Jeff Hartings, safety Troy Polamalu, outside linebacker Joey Porter and wide receiver Hines Ward.
  17. I agree! He got screwed again! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: the voters :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Shane "Try punting in Buffalo" Lechler
  18. *cough, cough* http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=13747
  19. Lechler Named to Pro Bowl Oakland Raiders punter Shane Lechler was named to the annual AFC/NFC Pro Bowl today. This is the second career Pro Bowl selection for Lechler, in his fifth year with the Raiders after being selected by the team in the fifth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He was first selected to the AFC squad following the 2001 season. In his first Pro Bowl action, Lechler set the record for the longest punt with a 73-yarder. Through 14 games in 2004, Lechler is averaging a league-best 47.6 yards per punt, a full three yards better than the next closest player. Lechler also serves as the holder on all field goal and extra point attempts. He has boomed at least one punt for 50 or more yards in each of his last 19 games dating back to 2003, the longest such streak since Mark Royals accomplished the feat in 27 straight games in 1997 and 98. Of Lechler's 62 punts this season, 27 traveled at least 50 yards, with 10 punts traveling over 60 yards. He has been equally adept at pinning the opponent deep in their own territory, with 19 punts in 2004 being downed inside the opponents' 20-yard line. For his career, one in every three punts is downed inside the 20. http://www.raiders.com/newsroom/newsroomNe...il.jsp?id=16994
  20. Andy Reid said that the tights deal is on hold, but if Owens makes it back for the Super Bowl....he needs 1 touchdown and he will wear the tights.
  21. That would be hilarious. Have the 49ers game plan for no McGahee and then we pull the wool over their head.
  22. The dumbass was on WGR yesterday morning and said he think Jon Kitna is the best backup QB in the league and he'd take him over Kerry Collins or anyone else. He's such a freaking moron. I can't stand the guy.
  23. That's true. I didn't think of it that way.
  24. His new press conference is available on BuffaloBills.com and it didn't tell us anything we knew. He kept saying "I won't confirm that or not" "I think it's a day-to-day scenario." http://www.buffalobills.com/player/?FILE_3...&proto=rtsp
