  1. I'm not very comfortable with our OL, especially the depth. The backups get beat constantly by the defense and let all kinds of pressure in. The starters are okay, Peters is a mad man...but Fowler hasn't looked that good and Gandy has been beat a few times by Schobel.
  2. Good. Thanks for the report.
  3. In case you didn't know, he was held out of practice today. I saw him on the sideline with his jersey and shorts, no pads. And he didn't do any work. I hope that the wrist injury isn't anything that could linger. He says that it's fine, but you never know.
  4. Now Time Warner better use this court order to get their ass in gear and get a deal done with NFL Network so all Time Warner subscribers can get it!!!
  5. Okay the photos are up there too. You can see them here.... http://www.billszone.com/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=369
  6. Joe Burns is definitely gone.
  7. it was a typo, i forgot to add the word shade from the tree and the breeze. OL is hard to tell when they arent wearing pads.
  8. You should have seen Word today. He schooled Dylan McFarland and was in the backfield almost immediately. Neill has been impressive too though.
  9. We are now on Day 5 of Buffalo Bills Training camp. The players came out without pads today, after a full pad practice last night. The Buffalo Bills practiced on the grass fields this morning, so they had the breeze and the shade from the trees to help cool them off a bit. It definitely helped keep the fans cooler as many of them sat on the grass and relaxed as they enjoyed watching their favorite team practice. As usual, the team worked on the individual drills, 7-on-7, 11-on-11, special teams and this time added in a 2-minute drill. It was a slow pace at practice today, but that was to be expect, with the heat and the fact that they just practiced about 14 hours earlier. As always, the team started out with the individual drills. JP Losman, Kelly Holcomb and even Kliff Kingsbury practiced throwing passes to the receivers and seemed to be on target. The Buffalo Bills offensive line worked against the defensive line and without the pads, it's hard to see who wins, but Jason Peters did impress me with some blocks from what I saw. Following the individual drills, the Buffalo Bills players did some special teams work. Coach Bobby April had the team practice kickoffs and doing some returns. The following players returned kicks...Terrence McGee, Shaud Williams, Jonathan Smith, Roscoe Parrish, and Fred Jackson. Terrence McGee ran back a couple, but Roscoe Parrish impressed me the most. He showed his speed as he ran around all the blockers and definitely reminded me of the way Terrence McGee returns. CLICK HERE for the rest of the article...
  10. Thanks for the report and the sweet pics! But just one correction...it was Eric Bassey that came in there and broke up that great 40-yard play to Chris Denney.
  11. Awesome report! I had a really sh------- view, so I just took some photos and tried to watch it. I didn't take any notes. But what everyone is describing is what i saw.
  12. I think i'll be doing more photos and watching practice than writing notes. I gotta work tonight and then there is a practice tomorrow. So I wont have much time to write a long report.
  13. Alright, if you wanna see them i uploaded the pics.... http://www.billszone.com/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=367
  14. Yeah, thanks to daninator! He's the man! Hopefully I can get him something in exchange for sending them to me. I got them right away.
  15. Thanks for the report! Nice job!
  16. Of course I'll be there! I'm debating on whether or not I want to melt in the heat tomorrow though.
  17. Good question. I was starting to wonder that myself. Last year Tory Woodbury saw some action in camp. they arent giving any time to Kingsbury.
  18. Thanks for you comments. I find it very hard to not be a homer with JP Losman over Holcomb and all, but i gotta do it to be fair.
  19. Oh, I did forget something..... Apparently Kliff Kingsbury is just a body. He got no practice time whatsoever in the main drills. It was split 50-50 with Losman/Holcomb
  20. and just like last time, i'll upload the pics tomorrow. Gotta get some sleep for work tonight.
  21. We are now on Day 3 of Buffalo Bills Training camp. The Buffalo Bills finally came out wearing pads and had some hitting for a change. That was nice to see. They didn't do a lot of hard hits, but this was the first time that full contact was made. The players worked on a bunch of 11-on-11 drills and also some more special teams drills, along with the usual 7-on-7 and individual drills. By having Craig Nall out with an injury, this split the reps evenly with the quarterbacks. Both JP Losman and Kelly Holcomb shared the practice time and again neither one stood out. Just like before, the team did the usual individual drills. The quarterbacks worked with the receivers and both of them made some nice throws. JP Losman did a nice job with some downfield throws to the receivers. On the other side of the field, the lines worked against eachother. I specifically watched John McCargo and Kyle Williams. McCargo showed his speed when he got by Justin Geisinger on one drill by pulling him down and then getting around him. Kyle Williams made some nice moves on Melvin Fowler and on one play spun around to get at the quarterback dummy. Ryan Denney also did a nice job at getting around the tackle.
