  1. Because he wasn't good until last year year, and the pats* let him walk because kraft is cheap
  2. As long as two of those wins are against pats and jets, I think I can live with that, only if we go on a win streak in the 2nd half and make the playoffs
  3. I really hope hagan steps up for the #2 spot. Having Jones as our number 2 is very underwhelming Also, I don't see them getting rid of brad smith. It is too much of a coincidence that they brought in lee with his wildcat background. And Vince young, has he ever done the wildcat? I don't recall that at all. And to top it off, if/when our recevers get depleted, he will be of use. We are paying him too much, but at this point I don't think it matters. I think this staff has their mind set on having a wildcat option, and he is their best choice
  4. It is going to be about welkers contract, pats losing the superbowl, when tannahil be ready, Tebow, and how the bills might get a wild card but not win the division. They might throw in some ocho cinco and some other nonsense as well
  5. I still can't believe the eagles fell for it. They are such a well coached team, and it was obvious that it was coming, and they took the bait
  6. It has been beaten to death that he did what the coaches told him. Unless Chan tells him to do it, he won't do it. So I don't get the whole thing where you hope he doesn't do it with the bills. He obviously won't. Completely odd and random comment to make. And if we are going to discuss stuff that old, let's discuss the bills signing T.O. and trading lee Evans. We haven't talked about them in a few weeks
  7. And you never put your hand on them, even to just poke them. Touching them in anyway will be writing your own ticket. I'll agree that cops are not very ethical, but in this case, it sounds like this could have been easy to avoid
  8. On a side note reguarding team captains, I heard the jests aren't going to have captains this year. Kind of odd with the way they used team captians in the past to try to push certain players and make them captains at odd times,.like when maybin was made team captain
  9. I don't see the depth guys being much better than last year. I still think Kelsey is going to take more snaps than Anderson. They got Spencer Johnson playing outside right now. And I like heard better than troup right now. I like Edwards as a backup, and hope they keep him. But someone is going to get cut on this line, maybe more than one. I don't carrington sticking around or playing a big role
  10. Oh, he won't win it. But if there is an injury or crappy play, he might get some playing time.
  11. They did, but I can't recall where they had him the most. But they had him learning all 4 because of the injury bug from last year they want the players to be as flexable as possible. As far as the outside goes, based on all the interviews, Jones is getting most of time there, and I remember Fitz saying hagan looked really good there.
  12. 4 years to get to the pro bowl, but he was still a good player before that. And height doesn't seem to be a factor in length of development. But I bet he will be as good if not better than Fitz in two years. I see nothing wrong with taking a qb that will take a few years to develop over a wr that will also take a few years to develop. Sooner or later, the bills are going to have to take a young, good, qb prospect to develop. Otherwise, when Fitz retires or stops playing well, we will be forced to start a rookie or play an over the hill vet. So what if it takes Wilson a couple years to develop? It is probably going to take graham the same amount of time. Most receivers take 2-3 years anyway. I don't see why we need a developmental qb to play in the next 4 years unless Fitz totally sucks, which I don't expect. Best case scenario, Fitz and Wilson both play awesome and in two years Wilson gets traded for high draft picks like kolb was. Wilson looks like the real deal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he starts a few games this year and plays well. He is more nfl ready than tannahill for sure.
  13. If he became a probowl player in his 4th year, I would be ok with that. A qb with that kind of talent in the third is a steal. In a couple years he could be better than Fitz, and would probably be the best developmental qb we had in awhile.
  14. I 2nd this. People say the only problem with him is height, and he is like a half an inch shorter than brees. Guy looked like a steal in the third
  15. Well, that is what they say and what they expect of him. But I don't see much of his college work showing him being good on the outside. I am really expecting to thrive more in the slot. Has nothing to do with his hieght or weight. If they are really going to push for him being on the outside, it is going to take time for him develop. Probably more than one season at the very least. He just doesn't have experience playing outside. If I had to guess, I would say hagan or Jones sees the most playing on the outside with easley as the wild card, and graham behind them developing. Though with all the wr sets, I am sure graham will see the field a lot. But he will be more successful in the slot than the outside. It really isn't that bold of a prediction.
  16. Being a different height and wieght has nothing to with his skillset. I am the same height and weight as graham, and that doesn't mean I have the same skillset as graham, at all.
  17. I never said he was a clone. But he is a speed guy who is strongest in the slot. The more I look at him, I don't see much of him being used on the outside in college. He is strongest in the slot, which is where parrish signed. I don't see the lee Evans comparisons either. Evans was a great deep threat and that's it. Graham is a great slot receiver with potential to be a deep threat. He is either going to be a more durable parrish or a desean jackson type if he can be the deep threat, big play guy. If he does work out as a deep threat, he will be better than Evans just because he is can do more than just run deep.
  18. It was just an odd choice for the type of player. It was like a younger version of parrish. I just didn't see this type of receiver being the type they coveted or needed based on everything that.was said when the season ended. Grahams strength seems to in the slot, and nor on the outside where they really need him. If they can work him in, then great. And for all I know he could turn into a desean Jackson type receiver. But I would be lying if I said I didnt have my doubts.
  19. That graham pick is going to be a head scratched until I see him produce in games. And can't really link on my phone, but it was tweeted by kirwan back on June 20th. It is word for word what the op posted, and nothing more
  20. I think there is probably more than cerullos notes and testimony as far as evidence goes. But think the league was pretty foolish to ban vilma for a whole year. Goodwell keeps saying front office and coaches are held up to a higher standard, but why is vilma getting the same one year that payton and loomis are getting? This whole thing with the lawsuits and questioning the evidence might have blown over by now if they just suspended vilma for one or two games
  21. Not to mention he seemed like he wanted the bills to draft him back then
  22. They were talking about this on espn all day, and I was thinking how great it is that the national media talks about Kelly still. The only part they really talked about though was the part where he says he doesn't know why the jests traded for Tebow, because he thought it was the wrong move. The whole part about it benefiting the bills was left out
  23. If you think fans yelling "brady, he's a fag" is the biggest barrier to being a gay football player, than that is just silly. This might not be a close comparison like the last poster said, but it isn't ridiculous. Also, the whole assuming he is gay is a little too premature. It can be a number of things.
  24. You don't see value in our best oline player that hasn't gotten injured?
