Davis is hardly winning one on one match-ups. We need a player other than Diggs that can consistently win one on one. Hopefully Kincaid is more involved going forward.

I never liked the bend, but don't break philosophy for defense. it pretty much requires the offense to get off to a big lead early. Otherwise, the defense is just butter. \

It is nice idea, but we can't have a backup with starting talent at every position. We only have so many roster spots, cap space, and draft pics. We have more depth than most teams do and making a big trade just in case we have an injury makes 0 sense

I think you only watched the last 2 quarters of the game and didn't watch the first 2 quarters or watched the game last week. The bills have a better defense than the pats. If the bills do half as good as the pats defense did in week 1, they will contain miami's offense just fine. You are saying miami is greatly improved based on 2 quarters of football.

Dane Jackson is good. Even with the CBs being a weak link on our defense, they aren't going to be covering waddle and hill 1 on 1. Poyer and Hyde are going to cover them as well. They are going to double hill and waddle and then they will probably single cover gesicki, who is probably the one we should worry more about. Miami has a weak oline and with our strong dline, we should be able to out pressure on tua forcing his throws off time. This is a team sport. it isn't like our CBs are going to be single covering these guys by themselvers. They will have a lot of help from the safeties and a lot of help from the pass rush. And probably a lot of help from Milano and Edmunds who are also good in coverage. And the strong pass rush is another bonus. You are giving miami too much credit for only 2 quarters of good football against a bad defense.

It looked good for only 2 quarters of football against a team with a poor secondary. That is a really small sample size. Especially when tua looked average at best for 6 quarters this season. If tua lights it up against the bills for 4 quarters against the bills next week, then I might start to have concern. Not a lot of concern, but some concern.

Im 50/50. Something tells me that the civil suit got timed not long after he signed his contract, won the starting job, and about to play his first NFL game. So maybe being in the nfl did escalate it. The other part of me tells me the civil suit got triggered because the criminal case seems to have stalled. Either way, I would imagine there would be enough evidence to make an educated determination. The crime she describes is very violent and she went to the police the next day. I would imagine there is physical evidence she was assaulted and probably a good chance of pictures were taken at the party that can prove them being there, possibly together. The point to stop worrying about other teams is when the Bills can consistently beat the best teams in the league. Even though the bills seem to be on the right track and are showing a lot of promise, they haven't shown to be a top 5 AFC team yet.

It is a bit unusual, but players can still get the franchise tag. So a player who is a free agent can get tagged and traded. Not sure when the franchise tag deadline is, but it is really close to the start of free agency

Although I like McDermott, I would prefer he let the players pick the captains. These are good choices, but I think the players would respond better if they had picked them instead. Probably means nothing either way. Just my 2 cents
