  1. There should be some cbs available soon that are better than this Mickey mouse talent. At minimum, all they really need is a stop gap vet player for the first 6 games until Gilmore comes back.
  2. No, but that list doesn't get any better if you add Edwards to it. There will be better garbage players available soon
  3. Cause everyone is out to get the bills. Everyone
  4. In that case, I would take brooks. He looked decent last year for a rookie that missed half the season. Made rookie mistakes, but Def looked like he had the talent. Just needs development
  5. That is what I was thinking...
  6. That is one play though. I am not saying he should be starting. Most people are having him as a 6th wr, which is a good fit for us. Not as a starter, but depth/reserve guy
  7. I feel better with rogers. Brooks doesn't really count, because he is playing nickel which is a completey different position. Heath will be cut soon, I'm sure.
  8. Happens to a lot of organizations, actually.
  9. I think a couple of these will happen. I fear that we are going to get killed by penalties and when we look back, we will say the game could have been so much closer if we didn't have those penalties. Besides the injuries, the penalty problems are my next concern
  10. I think Hogan makes the roster. He is fairly reliable and would be good depth. With Hogan and Easley playing well, I can't justify them keeping smith.
  11. I can't see them keeping brad smith. If his injury will keep him out for a few weeks, it will make even less sense to keep him. We already have Gilmore and Kolb that are injured and count against the roster, and possibly EJ and byrd. And somepoint, you can't have that many players that are injured counting against the roster. Someone has to go to IR eventually. I am not even sure if PUP is even an option at this point.
  12. The worst injuries were to EJ and Gilmore, because they were the most valuable talentwise that got injured. The Kolb thing is another one that sucked. But these other injuries are not hard to replace. Though I feel bad for the injured players. Sucks to have it happen
  13. Gimore is important, this isn't the difference as to why the performance was night and day. You can't blame Gilmore for the offense going 3 and out so quickly
  14. I think so too. A lot of question marks on our team, kinda hard to bet on it.
  15. Their runningback position is weaker, their lt position is weaker, and now their te position is weaker. I don't know why people have such high predictions for the dolphins. They didnt do that much this offseason to offset what they lost.
  16. Teams take our castoffs. Dwan Edwards and Florence are in corolina now. Felt like this started last year. We don't have a great roster yet, but we are at least average talent wise
  17. It is going to be a tough challenge. He will really have to gameplan. He won't be able to blitz as much as he would like, that's for sure. If they can improve a lot on run defense and limit the run, defense has a chance
  18. Not much. Very vague and seemed like speculation. Schefter came on later, and said bills are hoping he will be ready, but too early to commit to it. I think being ready by next wed is more than realistic
  19. That's what I thought. Pretty poor wording on Mort's part. He just said he needs to start practicing by Wed, which is fairly vague. He should be back before that. From the timetable, they seem to expect Monday. But anything can happen
  20. Espn just reported marrone said EJ needs to start practicing by wed in order to be ready for week one. I am assuming that he meant tomorrow? I am not so sure now...
  21. It would start the following week. Even if Tuel was able to beat the pats*, it is assumed from practice and preseason that EJ is still the better QB. So just because Tuel turns out to be a good QB, doesn't mean that he is better than EJ. I don't see much of a chance Tuel starts over a healthy EJ. At least not at this point.
  22. I'm assuming EJ starts week one, but after all the stuff from yesterday, luck isnt on our side
  23. Have you watched preseason? Even to the casual football fan, I thought it was obvious that Aaron has been performing better as a saftey than he did as a corner. If they didn't switch him to safety, I honestly don't see Aaron Williams even making the team. Out of our starters from last year, he was close to the worst we had
  24. Lol *pops in game tape "how the hell do I gameplan for THAT?"
  25. I hated the Alonso pick, but he looks great so far.
