I was just saying that because i know public companies that are 501©(6) and are public. from what i understand, 501©(6) is there for tax benifets to rich companies and keep them out of politics. but i know there are public companies that are 501©(6). 501©(6) doesn't specify the difference between public and private.

that doesn't mean they are private and not public. that just means they cheat on their taxes. but i also think they are a private company. I can't be sure though

actually, i am not a lawyer and don't plan on being one . i am studying political science, though i don't plan on working in politics either. i just felt i should stop changing my major and landed on that.

that is a terrible list. I could see the rays move, but i don't plan on it. If they move, they will move out of st pete and actually into tampa. i don't think there is a much bigger/better city to move them to. i still think there is a better chance that the blue jays come to the states

i can't wait to play any team in our division. they have all played eachother. I can't wait to see how we match up to them. this season has been hard to predict all around.

that is true...forgot to add in the home crowd and they will be traveling a ways. i am not too sure if the bye week really helped. it should, but i have a feeling we didn't use it to our advantage really with the four day weekend. maybe we did, maybe we didn't. we will see what happens. plus i think the chargers tried harder against the pats because they hate them so much. but who could hate us?

our D will probably hold onto LT. Rivers and his recieving corps will be a problem. and sproles as their return guy won't help us either. but edwards, lynch, and evans can make up for all that
