We need to improve on offense and defense. DE is a bigger need because that is the one thing the defense needs to be very productive. Ideally we would like another upgrade at LB or another upgrade at DT. But DE is the only glaring weakness on the defense right now. It would make every other player on the defense a lot better. As in the offense, it is going to take several players to improve that. You can add 2 players to the offense and it will still go nowhere. when FA began, The offense needed another recieving threat, center, and a guard, at least. Now, we have our center. We still need a TE/WR and a guard. The offense needs help on other things as well that are questionmarks. Such as QB. We might still have an issue there. All in all, the offense is a mess and it isn't easy to fix. The defense is an easy solution. But we need to make more turnovers on D. The D is good at stopping teams from scoring points. But they are not good at turning over. If we get turnovers, our odds for winning just went up a lot.

i am thinking that too. Or draft a TE and give them time to develop. Coles would be nice because he wont need to be developed. We need some other passing threat there, and he seems to be our best option. If we get coles, i still say draft a TE on the 1st day.

haha. They will probably only use him in blocking situations since they have keller, who has the potential to be a stud. I doubt royal gets a lot of playing time there. but they are more than welcome to have him.

Yeah, he has been annoying as soon as FA hit. I lurk here all year round. I don't post too often because most people here seem to know more than me and i like reading what people have to say. Even though sometimes you have to shift through some garbage and repetitive posts. But during FA, the draft, and game day, it seems all those idiots show up like you said. And that is the only time i post is when those idiots are talking because they junk up this site.

not all of them are impact players. But they are pretty well respected at what they do.

i find it odd that some of these players aren't being taken so quickly. There are a lot of players still out there. I know people are getting upset that our team isn't signing players, but the truth is, there aren't THAT many signing going on as compared to previous years. The market was small to begin with, and not many people seem to be buying and a lot of players seem to want to be in limbo to see what happens.

i agree about DE is the biggest need overall. I was just talking about the oline. He was asking if we need a C in the draft. The answer is no, we do not. Right now Hangartner is listed at the center, so we need a G on the oline, because there is no one there right now.
