It is a very pressing need.

There aren't exactly established, experienced GMs just walking around. The best way to grab one is to steal one that already is working as a GM for another team..... good luck taking a successful GM away from a successful team and bring them here.

I agree. It looks like he is innocent, and I really want to believe him, but with his history I still have my doubts.

No one said they aren't going after someone with HC experience. But they should interview as much as they can. Especially if the the good ones with HC experience have already turned us down, which looks like it. Aside from Billick.,

Yeah, this coming from a guy who said this: And didn't even list the positives and the negatives! all you said was that he was a signal caller. That is your only positive thing to say about him? how does that outwiegh the negatives? You aren't saying your opinion. You are just laughing and reporting posts and talking to your wife.

If you wanted to think outside the box, wouldn't it be better to ask a question that wasn't a yes or no question? I mean, really, if you wanted to think outside the box, you wouldn't ask a question that could only have two answers.

again, that is not an issue on this board. When it comes to Maybin, some people are calling him a bust, some peope are saying wait and see, some people are saying he is going to be great. When it comes to edwards, some people say he sucks, some people say he sucks because of bad coaching, some people only blame the oline. There is no "circle" that we all agree on. We always disagree. This is one of those rare moments when people agree.
