The Minnesota Stars didn't leave due to lack of fan interest; from what I understand, they sold out their games back then too. The owners just got more money by moving to Dallas. CW

In Minnesota, upper level sides are about $37/each. The entire lower level is roughly $80/ticket. There's a waiting list for season tickets. CW

It's not necessarily a bad thing to have the integrated tuner. Your TV has an integrated tuner (the RF input) and nobody complains about that. Chances are, 95% of your viewing will be through DirecTV and/or cable box, etc. However, the built-in one would be useful if you didn't have cable/DirecTV, if a storm knocks out your cable, etc, and the picture quality would still be perfect (assuming you have an antenna of some sort). I guess I'm saying I wouldn't avoid a TV with a built-in tuner, I just wouldn't actively look for one. CW

Right, but the NFL wants to avoid having a lot of minority owners (owners having a small percentage stake in the team, not in an ethnic sense). The Vikes used to be owned by 10 owners, and the NFL hated that and doesn't want a repeat. I don't think they'd go for 51% ownership by one person and the other 49% by a bunch of others. I watch indoor lacross (http://www.nll.com) and it's a lot of fun and also really cheap. Best seats in the house are only $25. Other good seats available for less than $10. It replaces hockey for me; similar game only with stick and ball instead of stick and puck. Buffalo has a team, and now Minnesota is an expansion team. The all-star game will even be broadcast on NBC. However, I agree with you about the lack of coverage on any non-big sport. Still, fun to watch. I've watched Arena on TV from time to time, and it just doesn't quite do it for me. It's probably better live though. CW

Well Bledsoe obviously proved that he DOES help the Bills win if we won 9 games this year and you're only expecting 5 wins next season. Your comment was basically akin to saying that any NFL-calibur QB would have equaled the 9 wins. So since we were one play away from making the playoffs with Bledsoe, why not let JPL sit the bench next year to see if we can get that ONE extra play to make it into the dance? We know that Bledsoe can get us 1 play away from the playoffs (2 of the past 3 years), so why blow everything up and rebuild yet again? CW
