  1. The "cheap" seats (lower bowl behind the nets) for the Swarm are $10. Amazing how much of a ripoff the NHL tickets are/were. The same seats for the Wild were around $70. CW
  2. Define "working." Last I checked, we've been selling out nearly every game. From a business point of view, the widget is working just fine. CW
  3. Agreed -- and it's MUCH cheaper than the NHL. (I have season tickets to the Minnesota Swarm, and I pay $25/seat, 10 rows from the glass, center field). CW
  4. Yeah, but people were preoccupied with something. Not sure what it was, but I heard 'draft' a few times. *shrug* CW

  6. Where will Parish go then? CW
  7. Please use the OT button (you can select it at the bottom of the page, right above the "submit" button; you can also "edit" your post to put it in). The picture is rather disturbing... CW
  8. Can't help you with that, as I've never bought single game tickets. I think you should be fine though, especially if you go with the Falcons. CW
  9. You can get tickets off of eBay easy enough. I bought 4 tickets to the Bills/Jags season opener last year and only paid about $80/ticket (5 rows from the field, 20 yard line). I thought that was a good deal. Others have posted that you can get tickets from people selling them the day of the game; I wouldn't trust that personally, but it's up to you. Not sure when they go on sale. CW
  10. http://www.bugmenot.com/view.php?url=miami.com Thanks. CW
  11. Minnesota just pulled their online vehicle registration because it had significant security holes. Hopefully if NYS outsourced it, they did a better job. And don't complain about the cost -- I just paid $55 for one year. When I lived in Minnesota, I paid around $150 for one year. Jesse Ventura changed it to a flat rate, but it's still around $80 over there I think. For once, NYS doesn't lead the nation in a form of taxation CW
  12. Link? I'd like to send it to my Dolphins fan coworker. CW
  13. If he ranked the Vikes fans higher than us, then the whole thing is a giant worthless article. Vikes fans are the most fair weathered you'll EVER see. When I first moved here, I literally saw more people on campus wearing Bills stuff than Vikes stuff. Still do. Vikes fans, for the most part, suck. CW
  14. Do I sense some sarcasm in your post...? CW
  15. Didn't see Moulds walking off the field either... Care to apply the label across everyone other than Brown? CW

  17. That's the problem, you need an older calendar. CW
  18. I'm not a Reed fan (well, I'm a huge ANDRE Reed fan, but not Josh). That said, he made an AMAZING catch against the Vikings in '02 (caught it and was hit instantly by a couple of defenders if I recall). Without that catch, we lose the game. Of course I can think of more screwups, like the dropped flea flicker against the Pats in '03. CW
  19. Too early to tell. And without an OL, no, he won't. CW
  20. Except for the fact that they have no OL or RB... CW
  21. Even better, it gives him 12 rows to fall down when you slap him behind the head. CW
  22. Ok, that's good to hear. I havn't had time to follow the draft too closely this year, so I wasn't sure. CW
  23. Don't watch many short films, do you? http://www.ifilm.com/filmdetail?ifilmid=204155 http://www.ifilm.com/filmdetail?ifilmid=489408 Start with those two and then get back to me. No disrespect to the original poster -- the production value is above average and I'm sure some people find it very amusing. No movie will make everyone love it though. CW
  24. Isn't the Eagles third rounder the second from last in the round making it, in essence, a 4th rounder? No way would I go for that deal, keep Henry here as a backup whether he likes it or not. If he sits out, great, RW saves more money. Late 2nd or early 3rd, no less. CW
  25. Wasn't really targeted at you (although it takes talent to piss you off, even a little! ); unfortunately there are tons of people around here who DO believe that everything revolves around the QB, and that the other 21 starters on the team don't make anywhere near as much of an impact. *sigh* CW
