TO's a head case - not a team player, plays the 1st 12 games and is poison in the locker room. Just what a 3rd year quarterback needs to take his game to the next level.
2 thumbs down.
Ralph was right about the collective bargaining agreement - he gained alot of respect when the owners realized what they had done to themselves.
They will be laughing at him in October for the TO agreement.
The Deadskins could have foregone one of their many high $$$ FA busts, doubled the 20 folks salaries and still have been way ahead. We can gripe about RW all we want but the Skins have the worst owner in the league by far.
Sign Birk, we won't have to wait 10 games for a running game to appear. Edwards could step up in the pocket. Locker room leadership....priceless.
Polian will sign him before we do, though.
Edwards.........Best QB we've had since Jim Kelly.
Although Flutie might be in there as most effective - DF can also be credited with saving the franchise - at least for a while.
A well coached team would have kicked the fg the play before, or taken a shot in to the end zone. Either way, it's DJ and crew that got the team into that fine mess.
Obama, Reid, Pelosi will significantly reduce JSF, F22 and Future Warfare to give health benefits to illegal aliens. Alot of fools voted for "change" without bothering to ask "change to what."
This post is pretty darned close. The passing game improves by giving the QB better protection (which we've done) and actually having a running game (which we have done by upping the OL and ripping off the Ravens).
This group of WR's is just fine until next year. Unless, of course Marv can find another Andre (wasn't he a 6th ?).
"Moulds in the slot, or "H" at the veteran min + incentives." Sounds good to me because he blocks.
BTW. The Bills were offering Eric more than what he signed with Texas for.
Marv will do the right thing here.
MARV DOES RULE !
Predictions:
By October 07, Ravens fans will know they've been had
By October 09, Baby Papa will be out of football and living under a bridge in Miami
Quote from an Indy fan. " We don't have many football fans, we just like a nice warm place to socialize."
I'd say that about covers it except to say, they are in the big game and we are sitting on our thumbs making observations about them.
The key to making this perfectly playoff capable depth chart successful is just this............get a running game and watch the receivers numbers (and quarterbacks) rise.
The one possible exception is, no more "Lonnie Johnson moments" for RR.
