This has been my theory w the radio frequencies for years now. Brady is alerted to spots on the field where t turn his attention to. After years it is probably second nature and it only takes a few big plays to completely change a game.

Great post, but Goodell is BFF's with Kraft, so...nothing will happen. But I agree, I've felt it all along--these guys are still cheating. And it has to do with knowing defensive signals and being alerted to the proper read. I just hope it's discovered and broken wide open. When you look at that roster, they are simply not that f***** good. Solid, balanced, yes, but not a dominant force that just sh*ts on a good team like Indy in the AFC Championship game. Belicheck is a genius and Brady is great, but they're still doing shady things. And this game was yet another example of the Pats* making the PERFECT halftime adjustments and blowing open a somewhat close halftime game with ease.

Overall those refs were better than the regular refs. Less favortism and approximately the same level of competence.

Crazy how quickly the market changed regarding RBs. I'm sure RBs aren't particularly happy with how much Goodell has changed the rules to encourage teams to focus more on QB and passing. Weird to think that a lot of teams used to build their offenses around a premier running back.

True. Honestly, I'd want Schwartz as HC and someone like Reich as OC and Rex as DC if he doesn't land a HC job. He might love the opportunity to coach against the Jets and also Belichek.

I don't see how we could hire Reich as HC without losing Schwartz. He will be (rightfully so, imo) very miffed to not get a shot to be the HC w Reich as OC if anything.

Kiko won the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year but was edged out by Sheldon Richardson for the NFL's DROY.

I still think Mike Williams footwork/awareness along the sidelines is up there with the best receivers I've ever watched. He could have been so good on all range of sideline out patterns and especially in the red zone.

Really can't see him coaching up/developing a team to this level. If he walked in to a championship lineup like Gruden did inheriting Dungy's team, maybe he wouldn't mess it up. Maybe.

Just don't know why he'd go there, or why they'd want him. True, he did decent against them in his 2 years in Buffalo, but that had a lot to do with the fact that their offense and QB situations are much worse than ours.

Wish we could get Mike Williams back... Maybe since Whaley beat out Marrone he will give him a call and assure him he won't be treated like an insolent toddler and actually get a shot to play.

If anything, Reich should be OC and Schwartz HC. You're right--Reich doesn't have anywhere near enough coaching experience to warrant a HC job.

I'm just so perplexed as to how our running game plummeted from top five to bottom five with the same crew essentially. If anything, we thought the OLine was upgraded with more talent, albeit raw talent. Just so weird. Has to be horrible coaching, there really is no other explanation. The run game sucked before Spiller and Freddy got hurt, too. Just imagine if we had the run game we had last year with this year's defense. Tuel could've run the offense and we would have been 12-4 at the worst, probably 13-3 and battling NE for the division.
