  1. It may not even be a conscious thing on their part, but they are definitely on the negative side with him.
  2. So you're not a fan of how he has transformed this team into a serious AFC contender?
  3. Jeez chill out. People are unreal here.
  4. It's like a shot putting motion rather than pulling down and spiraling it that way. I noticed this with EJ before, especially during his first few games last year. To me, it seemed like he didn't want to or feel he could step into the throw, like he was trying to throw without moving his weight and body forward. He's actually pretty good at it, and sometimes he indeed could not step into his throws because of pressure. But then he sometimes did this with no pressure, and this motion tends to make the ball travel slower and with little zip. Watch the Dolphins game 2 last year. Even though he did well, many of his throws had this subtle motion to it. From every video I've seen of him from the end of last year until now, he is stepping in with authority and pulling down hard on the ball to deliver it with speed. Honestly, it just seemed like a confidence thing--him not owning the decision he was making. EJ's motion is actually quite good, in my novice opinion. And his success moving forward is about him knowing where to go with the ball and trusting his receivers, and owning that decision and throwing with authority. I'm excited for his future.
  5. Not everyone agrees with this notion, so it shouldn't be presented as fact.
  6. It's really coming off like the Lance Armstrong situation.
  7. I agree. They did these things for a reason. Neither Bill nor Brady is stupid. In their mind, the advantage outweighed the risk of getting caught. Games are routinely decided on a few plays and Brady and Co. have always done everything possible to make sure they come out on top on those plays. People just act like they do these things for sh*ts and giggles. It's insane. They did it because they felt it helped them win. It's that simple.
  8. The fact that Brady destroyed his phone proves he will not take this to court. It was a posturing game. He was hoping that with no text evidence available and by threatening to sue the NFL if the suspension was upheld, Goodell would fold. As I’ve said countless times, Brady will NOT take this to court. They will be able to retrieve his texts from his carrier at that time. His only hope was for Goodell not to call his bluff after he destroyed his phone.
  9. Yeah but only in court. This was all Brady posturing, hoping that not having the phone and claiming he would sue the NFL if the suspension was upheld, would scare Goodell into changing his mind.
  10. That's easy to say now, but Hughes may never have flourished in Indy. Sometimes a change of scenery is necessary for a player to figure it out.
  11. This one gets me so jacked up. It's hard for me to watch highlights of that year though because we should have won the cup. One of my favorite rosters ever. Loved that team. Also, RJ's call was sooo good on this one.
  12. I don't think he's stacking the deck to get laid. He can obviously do it, despite his past twitter battle. Guys like that just get off on having 'the hottest' women at their party. He's just screening so they're all unquestionable 10's. I'm not condoning or not condoning--I don't really care. It's the whole social media world we live in. He wants to have the hottest of the hot at his party and wants the world to see it. His most quiet year off the field was probably with us, so not hard to do!
  13. This is what I can't stand and why I stopped watching ESPN years ago.
  14. I always thought the same but isn't one of the theories that service would be terrible if it were decent hourly wages, giving the servers not as much incentive to do their jobs?
  15. How did we have a soft schedule last year? Going into the season it was one of the tougher SOS. The year before was the easier one.
  16. I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't and doesn't.
  17. I thought it was an average at best article. Ryan didn't pull the first team defense because of QB play but because they were too quick to the QB to even get reps in. Oversights/blatantly wrong reporting is why most sports news outlets suck.
  18. Can't they both just be really, really good?

  20. I think this is probably close to what happened. I live in Florida on the coast, and from what I understand about the local kids, especially the ones who love fishing, messing with someone's fishing rod is NOT a smart thing to do. They're really expensive and many of these people take fishing very seriously. I had a young coworker about 5 years ago who would get up at 4 am on Saturdays and some Sundays to fish all day after working a 50-60 hour week. I could see a (possibly inebriated?) Kromer asking for his chairs back, or demanding them back, then catching some lip from the kids. He says, "Okay, you want to f*** with my things, I'll f*** with yours." Grabs one of the rods and throws it in the water. Fight ensues.
  21. Because in the wonderful internet world, everyone has an opinion that can be shared and essentially no consequences for doing so. Extremely annoying, but will never not be the case.
  22. True. Celebrity worship is pretty insane in our country especially.
