It would be nice to see some more emphasis on the O-line. Its pretty downright disgraceful when you look at our line, man by man:
LT - a swingman who was cut by Chicago, of all teams.
LG - an overweight road-grader who cant pass block. Baltimore, a run-first team, made no effort to re-sign him.
C - Another swingman, from Denver, one of the better O-line teams for years. They made a lukewarm effort to retain him.
RG - Solid IMO. I have no problem with Villy.
RT - 4 yrs and counting, waiting for the #4 overall to blossom to his full potential.
Is it any wonder any QB, whether its Drew, JP or whoever, has limited success behind this 'wall of granite'? Time for some major infusion of talent in this group.
