  1. I'd take whichever QB is playing against the Bills D.
  2. he's looked slow and tentative this year running the ball, and I can't really think of a single big play he's made in the passing game (he did drop a ball yesterday as well). And while Fitzpatrick's 1st INT was a brutal throw, I'll argue that Jackson's fumble was more costly -- the Bills were moving the ball at the time, and the fumble resulted in a 10-14 point swing. He's been ordinary, at best, this year. Maybe it's time to feature Spiller, and see what he can do -- other than blitz pickups, I can't see how he'd be any worse.
  3. Bryan Scott dropped a Pick 6 that would've extended the lead to 26-14. The difference in this game, IMO (other than the disastrous blocked PAT), was that the Bears have playmakers on D, while the Bills do not.
  4. he's a follower, not a leader.
  5. nah, that's too high a score for Big 10 hoops.
  6. Gonzalez was placed on the IR today. I think he needs a new hyperbaric chamber.
  7. best cities to move to in the US http://www.cnbc.com/id/39850148
  8. yes, as did Biscuit at one time. I was being sarcastic regarding Maddox, though
  9. slap in the face to Mark Maddox
  10. lame commercial. Good stuff...
  11. UB's football team sucks too.
  12. Fab Melo looked really good, and Fair also played well. Keita was better than I expected....I figured that he'd be more of a project. Waiters looked a little bit shaky - he seems to be more comfortable playing off the ball.
  13. that's all well and good, but you're ignoring the fact that many people (I'm sure that the Shout Box will verify this) were imploring the Bills to run the ball late in the 4th and in OT during the game yesterday. Maybe a case of "Monday Morning Quarterback" for some, but certainly not all. The circumstances in the MNF game vs. Cleveland were completely different
  14. What the !@#$ does someone criticizing the play calling in yesterday's game have to do with sucking for a decade? It seems that, from reading your posts, you relish in playing the role of message board contrarian, but this post is a huge stretch.
  15. with an exhibition against Andre Reed's alma mater, Kutztown. For those in the Buffalo are, the game will be telecast on SNY (If I remember correctly, all of their games will be on either ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU or SNY this year). Regular season tips off on 11/12 against N. Iowa.
  16. hopefully, he'll return his football uniform costume tomorrow morning.
  17. Hope he hasn't hit the wall....not like he was really used extensively to this point in his career.
  18. has Gailey addressed this at all in any of his post-game comments?
  19. Jackson spent too much time dancing today. Seemed like there were a few opportunities available for him to get a few extra yards by putting his head down and plowing forward. that said, it's completely inexcusable for Gailey to not call a single running play on KC's side of the field in OT
  20. Seemed to me that Gailey and Haley spent part of the game trying to "one up" the other (Haley moreso than Gailey, IMO). Maybe this had something to do with Gailey's firing last year. Whatever the case, I thought that Gailey's play calling in OT was inexplicable.
  21. KC's LDE (Hali?) was regularly putting his hands in Howard's face. Figured they'd call it at least once, but no such luck
  22. Right...they should just hire Mike Leach and he can bring along his ragtag bunch of former TT shitball QBs. All will be well in Billsland!
  23. I think he is happy that Fitz had a sub-par game. Sad.
  24. really? I can't disagree more. just out of curiosity, how many pass plays were called with David Martin in the game?
