  2. Yeah, I'm sure that it is the OP Deer Run that TO was looking at.
  3. yeah, Orchard Park would make more sense, but this is TO we're talking about. FWIW, OJ used to live on the Deer Run in Amherst.
  4. There's a "Deer Run" in Amherst too.

  6. In NYS, a transfer tax equivalent to .4% of the sale price (rounded up to the next $500) is payable upon the transfer of real estate Erie County levies a surcharge equivalent to .5% of the sale price (again, rounded up to the next $500) on the transfer tax. Supposedly, this surcharge goes to the NFTA. So, for a house in Erie Co. that sells for $250k, the total transfer tax is $2250. Generally, the Seller pays this fee.
  7. "Army of extremists"? Never said that. more than one extremist ---> extremists.
  8. Marv Albert (as Cox was headed towards the tunnel): "This might not be pretty" Always hated that POS Cox

  10. I don't know....my musical tastes are all over the place - some of them are very well-known, and others, not so much. I can say that I've seen countless Replacements mentions (and even articles on Paul Westerberg and Tommy Stinson) in Rolling Stone, which I consider pretty mainstream.
  11. I certainly don't think that The Replacements were a popular band, but at the same time, I definitely don't consider them to be some sort of unheard-of, underground band
  12. maybe this was a case of the "Shocker" gone awry.
  13. this is a joke. And Howard gets mugged at the buzzer.
  14. uh, what's up with that dude wearing the flaming pink shirt, shiny gold jacket and weird ass hat? He's sitting a few seats away from Mike Brown
  15. that was a garbage call.
  16. git 'r done
  17. Huh? Where did I say that SU was "owed any 'favors'"? My point was that SU wasn't the beneficiary of questionable/missed calls today.
  18. IMO, 1988 was his only really "good" year.
  19. If you took the time to read through the thread, you'd realize that my commentary on the officiating was in response to someone else complaining about a perceived non-call that hurt Cornell. I don't really care about the in the crease call, or the EMOs against, because Syracuse fought through it all and won. I still stand by my statement that the officiating crew did SU no favors today. Do you disagree with that?
  20. Read about that. Too bad. Always liked Wilco - unfortunate that he and Tweedy had a falling out.
