Since they are sending the Dolphins, I would assume they would send an NFC team to face them. It only makes sense to have one AFC & one NFC team play. Thay way Europe gets a real taste of football......its too bad they will have to subject themselves to watching the Dolphins

You never had a type? Mr. Perfect.........
-
Yeah and they will make an impact........
-
Thats the only TE id make a run after though, otherwise TE is not a position of need on the Buffalo Bills.
-
I still think Robert Royal is a better TE then most of you think! Yeah I know, he had a dropped ball here and there, and that TD he should have had against the Titans, but....hes made alot of plays this year and hes been big in the redzone. I think he will get better once the OL is playing better and he dont have to stay in and block.
-
They are lucky they are in bigger markets. Teams like Buffalo, Cleveland would never be able to do this. I still think its unfair, but I guess when its all said and done you do what you gotta do to help your team win.

B is where I stand aswell. He didnt care what people thought of the draft he drafted according to his system and stuck to it. He stuck with a QB he didnt know much about and it paid off bigtime. And also the OL move was big. If he dont make that move, I honestly think JP would have been benched, Evans wouldnt have had the year he did and the Bills would have had 3-4 more losses, and picking top 5 in the draft. Jauron, however would have got an A in my book if he goes 8-8. And by the way, nice post.

exactly.....where there is the bad there is the good things aswell. Honestly, I think its dumb Bills fans get on Mort cause of his friendship with a GM that didnt do what he could have done in Buffalo. Sometime you have to learn to let it go an move on. Seriously. Who cares about TD anymore, I dont. I understand the frustration that went with TD, I had the same frustrations, but that all ended when Mularkey left. Right now im full of excitement, not grudges.

Tim Anderson instead of Pat Williams, thats the only move that makes you a cry baby? Give credit where its due.....TD did draft Losman, Evans, McGahee. He brought Spikes here, Fletcher..... I guess where there is the bad there is the good....?

Buffalo has a hard enough time getting local area fans to the game. You do this to out of town fans, mark my words NOONE will be at the game! I have no problem with a fan of a different team coming to watch the game in our house. Im surprised the NFL didnt step in and stop them from doing this.

OFFICIAL thread of 'Official' threads

Its official......NFL dont belong in Europe. -
My wife makes a good pasta salad. She adds, all sorts of different cheeses, she adds the best ingredient which is Italian sausage, its really good. Top it off with some Italian dressing. Another think thats good is those bread bowls that have the shredded beef and rye dip. One of my favorites.

No, I just dont live in the past like you guys do. I look at what we have here now, not what we used to have....
-
If he was such a great player he would have been playing week 6. Thats how I look at it....
-
My question is why do Bills fans keep asking Mort about TD and his tenure with the Bills? Let it go already! Thats all I have to say about that! As for the Clements comments I agree with Mort!
-
Sorry But I feel as if the NFL belongs in the USA only. Thats just how I feel. If It was a preseason game, then I wouldnt care, but to have a regular season game over there is nonsense. I can see a preseason game, but regular season noway! The home team would lose out on alot of funds, not to mention they would only have 7 true home games, while the rest of the NFL has a full 8. NOT FAIR at all. I think its bad move! but like I said if it were preseason, I wouldnt have a problem with that. Besides, Europe already has football, its called soccer.

Thats a stretch! But if it happens for Willis it tells me the Buffalo Bills have had a decent year!

yeah its been posted........owell, we all have double posted things.

Are you against trading the 12th pick?
marauderswr80 replied to marauderswr80's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thats exactly what I was thinking......id love to see Buffalo grab more picks with the hopes they find guys that can play immediately. -
Nah I wouldnt take a 3rd for Willis, I think he is worth a # 2. Im sure the Giants would do it too, they are in need of a RB. Its still in the back of my mind that if they fire Tom Coughlin, Barber will come back or atleast the new staff will try to lure him back. I doubt its possible.......
-
Honestly, If the guy Buffalo wants is on the boards and wont go before late first id see no reason to hold onto the 12th pick. Id love to see Buffalo stock pile some more picks and maybe find some more diamonds in the rough. Kinda like Keith Ellison type of a pick. As long as we can still get a quality player and the guy Buffalo wants, I see no reason to stay at the 12th pick. Unless, Calvin Johnson or one of the BIG DAWGS are on the board at # 12. But if we were to trade the 12th pick, we can say so long to Patrick Willis from Ole Miss. The kid id love to see in Buffalo. But im all for getting more picks...... What do you guys think?

Michael Bush to turn pro, forgo return to Louisville
marauderswr80 replied to JuanGuzman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thats a good point. Im glad you brought that up! I have complete faith in the guys our staff go after. I mean look at this year. We had several rookies start on defense. Not only did they start, they were an impact and they were late round picks. Not many teams had that this year. The Bills were a team that depended HIGHLY on ALL their 2006 draft picks. This is the only reason, I some what disagree with you. I agree that this draft is not one of the more popular ones, but I do feel there are guys in the draft that will start immediately. And I do have the faith Buffalo will find that guy with the 12th pick. But, whos to say Buffalo's guy is a late first rounder and Buffalo trades the #12 spot for more picks. Thats another possibility Buffalo can have. If they are not looking for the high price, big name draft pick with the 12th pick, they can go after the guy they want later in the first and obtain another pick for the 12th pick, which honestly I wouldnt mind! Id love to have quality along with quanity.....if that makes sense. -
Not only did Romo fumble the snap, Carrie Underwood no longer wants to be with him......Sad how dropping a snap makes you lose soo much!

Its a good idea at a bad time! We have many needs with this team, DT, LB, OL, CB, WR all come before McGahee. Trust me if Mcgahee wants to be paid, he will have to show and play ball. I could see it next year maybe. But it all depends on who the Giants draft this draft. I think they use the # 1 pick on a RB. Or it might be defense. They are in need of a LB aswell. I really see London Fletcher fitting with the G-men! But, bottom line is, we have other needs right now then to worry about Willis McGahee. Im trying to figure him out right now if he wants to be here or not and why he didnt show up for the Ravens game.....Im trying to give him benefit of the doubt. He did break his ribs and those dont heal very fast. So im sure he played all banged up this year and it slowed him down. But then again....Buffalo is well under the cap and has the money to do some MAJOR damage on the free agent market. Marketing the team this year will be HUGE. I think one BIG free agent signing will get some other key FA's to come visit Buffalo.

Tough to say with that injury of his. He might drop to 2nd possibly 3rd round. There are alot of RB's in this draft that are worth taking before him. But thats only due to his injury. Hes a good talent. Just not sure where he falls. When Petrino was hired by the Falcons I knew for a fact he would come out.....whats the sense of staying.
