  1. Sorry if it has been discussed elsewhere, but if the Bills do activate Stevenson (which I would like to see), who gets cut to make room? Breida seems like a pretty logical choice to me. With Stevenson back he would take over as our second return man and I'm not sure Breida offers anything more than our PS RB's.
  2. 100%. He makes every punt look a lot closer than it should be and then when he does get it off the adventure continues. When he was brought in this offseason we were told about his prowess for pinning teams deep, but I haven't noticed him being substantially better than other punters so far in that regard. I did hear it mentioned that McBeane liked the idea of special teams continuity and they have Bass, Haack and Ferguson all signed through the next three years, so hopefully we aren't stuck with pisspoor punting for another two and a half seasons just for the sake of a consistent holder...
  3. He would probably get sacked a lot more in this era... I would love to see what Randall Cunningham would do in today's game.
  4. Crouching Tua, Hittin’ Milano
  5. I wish we had access in Canada, I need Manningcast in my life...especially with Josh Allen!
  6. Absolutely foot injuries can be due to overuse, just ask anyone who is a runner.
  7. Jonathan Taylor keeps the defense honest. Ezekiel Elliott keeps the defense honest. Nick Chubb keeps the defense honest. Derrick Henry makes a defense straight up cheat. You can't replace that.
  8. Dude looks like he could rip that football in half.
  9. We like weather games! Week 2 at Miami - extreme heat Week 3 vs WFT - windy AF Week 4 vs Texans - windy & rainy AF Week 5 at KC - rainy & lightning delay Then there were the nice weather games versus Pittsburgh and Tennessee…just sayin’.
  10. I’d take 5 Mississippis over any O line.
  11. Squishy Fishy team Another doughnut coming? Humble and HUNGRY!
  12. The GTA is about 7 million but the city of Toronto is "only" around 3 million. Obviously enough to support a team, at least until the novelty wears off and the team stinks as Toronto sports fans are notoriously fairweather, Leafs withstanding...
  13. Sort of but not really...the same stadium teams and Eagles Jets/Giants are not new 21st century franchises, they are either long-established franchises or relocations. I am also guessing that those are also two of the most population dense areas in the entire country.
  14. Toronto...outside of the US and also the Centre of the Universe. Would love to see how the league would justify plopping a new franchise 100 miles away from an existing team.
  15. Not really hindsight when almost everyone was questioning the decision as soon as it was announced.
  16. I guess when you feel like you should be the guy running the franchise then you call people whatever you want to call them.
  17. Montreal is great choice...they really love their football up there. Do you remember when the Browns came back? With 31 teams it meant that there was a team on their bye every single week of the season, including week 1. Imagine being stuck with the week 1 bye with a 17 or 18 game schedule plus a playoff run? Yikes. Also hate Toronto as an option for selfish reasons...we get all of the Bills games on TV here in Southwestern Ontario, along with a decent selection of the rest of the league, and I'm sure we would be stuck as the Toronto team market for all of Canada. Seeing that weekly TV coverage map in the US would mean I would have to fork out for Sunday Ticket.
  18. More likely that McD has another gameplan in place for Brissett for when Tua gets knocked from the game.
  19. Wonder if NFL will rush him through the protocols, or is that just reserved for the playoffs?
  20. The Bills will be Miami’s little shop of horrors this Halloween 🎃 👻
  21. What a cool memory, thanks for sharing!
  22. I really enjoy watching Knox’s work after the catch…he never seems to go down on first contact. With the WR corps on the smaller size it is a nice complement. The guy is a load!
  23. Great post @Shaw66, I look forward to these every week. You lost me for a minute at "I like Vrabel", but I powered through and didn't let it ruin the rest of the post. I tend to agree that it wasn't sugar high Josh Allen, in fact I remember thinking on that penultimate drive when Dupree batted a pass back at Josh and and he two-handed the ball into the ground that it was a very un-sugar high play. He was fully aware of the situation and made a heady play that didn't cost the team anything more than the down.
