DOn't underestimate the Bills they will stay in games but lose in buffalo fashion... I can see them winning DET and CLE at best... and I don't see us beating CLE with McCoy managing games well... they will run all over us.

I don't know much about the draft cuz I don't watch much college football but if we have the first overall pick I don't see them not picking Luck if he comes out... Ralph said he wants a QB and if Luck is there they will get one... If not then trade down. My guesses to positions would be: 1 Luck (if there) 2 LB 3 OL 4 DE 4 LB 5 TE 6 DB 7 DE

I know it's bad to be looking forward to April in the middle of the season but I just wanted to see where we stand... Please make any corrections you think of. From what I can see notable FAs we have at the end of the year are: Poz, (Must sign need all the LB help we can) D. Florance (Would like to sign) G. Wilson (Should come cheep) K. Ellison (should come cheep) Kelsey (already signed.... Have no idea why) Mccargo (not even active gamedays) I don't think Poz should be demand an insane contract. We need him but he isn't THAT good. With that said we should have some money to spend not that Wilson will but it would be nice to sign Merriman to a few year contract if he can stay heathly this year and play above average... Also I think our picks are 1 2 3 4 4 5 6 7 If I am missing any please let me know. I can't remember if we had any for trades in the past.

If Luck doesn't come out I would say trade down and stock up picks... although I worry about Nix just drafting a bunch of bad players... and wasting tons of picks.

I don't mean to be "that guy" but after the Bal game I posted about still wanting to draft O-line in first few rounds and people said hell no we need a QB and passrusher... I think Merriman is going to be a huge factor. If he is healthy and plays well we need to keep him on this team some how that will allow us to drafta real LT and maybe a QB in second or visa versa.

I don' t think there was any question about football intelligence... I think I asked a question... and I beleive I also mentioned I don't watch college football and that is why i didn't understand how a QB of just one year going into his second year starting would be on the top of people's draft boards. It was a question not a statement.

Really dont have time to go back through the post and correct things... at work... i am guessing you are talking about mistakes in the post... regardless I am sure you can understand my question... also this is comming from someone that has less posts than me... seriority overrules... just answer the question jackass Thank you for answering the question! So what did he do his first year out of HS? did he sit a year before he went to Stanford? Either way we are still looking at a QB that will be coming off only his second year of college play right? I just kinda personally would rather grab someone that has a little mroe experiance under his belt... just looking for some opoins on the matter. Thanks gain!

This is meant to be a thread saying we should not draft Luck or your dumb if we think he is the answer blah blah blah... I don't keep up with Colelge football much at all def a die heart Bills fan though. I was comparing the QB's coming out next year (yes i read about how Luck prob wont enter the draft) and I only see one year prior to this year of stats for him? So my question is do we really want a QB that's only played 2 years in college to be our guy? Am I missing something or is it normal for QB's to only play 2 years I though most all atleast played 3 and sometime 4 years befor being drafted. Thanks

I think we should start Bell and Simpson against the first team D next game... esp. if Lynch is out for the game. We all know we aren't cutting Spiller and we know what he can do so let him do PR and RB against the second D and let us see what Bell and Simpson can do with the number one D in there so we can see what they are really made of. They have looked great so far and in camp esp Bell we need to decide which we should keep as 4th RB if any... Also quick question is it normal to carry 4 RB throughout the season?

I have to disagree with that... I liked him on the team as well... I realy like him as a person more now than before. I hope he does great but not on Nov 21 as well. It will be interesting to see how he reacts and plays against us but i feel and hope he will take the high road. As for being stupid to not resign him... I have thought about this a bunch and I did kinda wanted them to resign him with all the hype and so on... but the Bills are not the type of team that needs TO we have a bunch of young unseen talent on WR we need to put on teh feild TO would just hold us back from seeing that talent. I am not saying Hardy, Johnson, Easly, or Parish can even compare to TO but they are our young talent we need to find out which is going to step up! that would not happen if TO was with us in 2010... so i guess what I am saying is even though I liek TO and liked the attention Buffalo got with him it's better we move on to or young guys becasue that's the team we are now.
