Do you have a link to support this? I don't think I've ever heard Bernie describe himself as a communist. If he did, please enlighten me.

Rachel Maddow interviewed Hillary on her show and asked her why there were so few debates and why they were on at wierd times line Saturday or Sunday Night during playoffs. She offered one of her dog at my homework/throw the other guy person under the bus excuses. She said it wasn't up to her, it was her staff, and from what she's been told, the ratings were good so it must have been the right decision. Of course she started it off with "I love to debate" and went on to throw her staff under the bus. Very presidential.

This is the part of your original statement I was referring to: "And yes, there are most certainly talented QBs in this draft. Nobody knows if they'll be the answer either, but the wise thing to do is to hedge the bet on Taylor by drafting one." The wise thing is to "hedge the bet". That's opinion. And yes, other teams have had success (how long is long term?) without doing this. Of course our good friend Trent Dilfer comes to mind. But also look at the Cardinals. They have been very good with QBs they didn't draft and everyone else thought was washed up. First they went to SB with Kurt Warner and are now in the NFC Championship Game with Carson Palmer, both of whom were resurrected from the scrap heap. The Buccaneers had their drafted guy (Dilfer again), but then went to another scrap heap guy, Brad Johnson to win the Super Bowl. Bucs were quite competitive for many years with Trent and Shawn King under center before Johnson arrived. Saints won a SB with a scrap heap guy, Drew Brees as well. Teams have won the SB with backups (Hostetler anyone?). Kurt Warner. There is more than one way to skin a cat. That's my opinion anyway.

That's an opinion whether you like it or not.

NFL Network: Shady McCoy on Chip vs. Rex
reddogblitz replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A bigger reason why we lost: 3-8-BUF 33 (1:23) (Shotgun) 5-T.Taylor pass deep right intended for 10-R.Woods INTERCEPTED by 30-E.Reynolds [75-V.Curry] at PHI 33. 30-E.Reynolds to PHI 40 for 7 yards. It was a horribly thrown pass. http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2015121300/2015/REG14/bills@eagles?icampaign=GC_schedule_rr#menu=gameinfo|contentId%3A0ap3000000600302&tab=analyze&analyze=playbyplay -

Maddog Sports segment on the non hiring of Marrone

Where do yall get this from? According to everything I've read Doug had been trying to sign Kyle for months before he finally was able to coax him out of retirement. One example: http://fansided.com/2014/09/05/doug-marrone-upset-bills-front-office-signed-kyle-orton/ -

Kyle was NOT going to get the first and was going to get killed. Tyrod slides short of the sticks too under similar circumstances. -

I would have supported Coach Marrone staying if he wanted to. However I would have told him he had to fire Hackett Jr. I didn't like him, but we were on the right trajectory getting our first (and last) winning season in 11 years. -
Tyrod Taylor: PFF Breakout Player of the Year
reddogblitz replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm probably in the 60-70% range myself. Some late game heroics in the 4 where he laid an egg and seeing him stepping into the clean pockets he had at times instead of fish hooking into sacks is what I need to see to get to 90%. Looks like I'm a 5 percenter. -
I was going to vote for Hotrod (my favorite nickname) but after I clicked on his picture I had to put in my email address and agree to conditions. The heck with that. That said, I hope Hotrod wins.

I had a similar experience. My nephew had his ear buds on connected to his cell phone. I thought he was listening to tune and asked what he was listening to. He wasn't. It was and app where you put in someones phone number and then it makes a crank call. Like a Chinese guy from a Chinese restaurant. banning you for eating too much food or something like that. I guess just calling up the local drug store and asking them if they have Prince Albert in a can isn't good enough for these high tech pranksters. He also told me there were several other ones with cracks about and accusing the caller of being a homo.

Seattle-based VICIS unveils new design for football helmets
reddogblitz replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This also looks like a much more effective way to tackle than Gilmore (and others) style of diving in front of the player and hope he trips over you. Actually this looks like the way my YMCA coaches told us to tackle. As far as the chart at the bottom goes, this is one thing that it's good we're below average in. -
I voted for Colin Kaepernick. I don't care how we get him either. I know he had a rough couple of years, but he can probably still play IMHO. Went to SB with 49ers and should have won if Roman had let him run his power run play on the last series. I believe his rough patch had something to do with the turmoil on that team the last 2 years. I like Tyrod, but I like Colin better. He has a more complete game and is bigger and a better runner and in his first couple of years a better passer.

Seattle-based VICIS unveils new design for football helmets
reddogblitz replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I got the book for Christmas and read it. What do you mean he did not discover it? He did an autopsy on Mike Webster and analyzed his brain and found it and then found it in other players. Did someone find it before? Yes he also came up with the name at the advise of his boss who was a master of self promotion. -
RG3 as the Bills backup QB?
reddogblitz replied to 1st Ammendment NoMas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Either of these on the free agent market will likely be spendy. Many teams are looking for QBs this year. We'd be competing with a lot of teams. -

Give a Letter Grade to Obama Presidency

Republicans hate Obama because he's a democrat, not because he's (1/2) black. Did they treat Bill Clinton (a white guy) any better? At least they haven't impeached BO (yet). -
Seattle-based VICIS unveils new design for football helmets
reddogblitz replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The guy who discovered the whole CTE thing says that helmet technology is the wrong approach and won't help. The problem is not the blow to the head, it's the heads reaction to the hit that causes the brain to collide with the skull which causes the concussions and CTE. I suppose if you could build a helmet that would cushion the blow so much that the head didn't snap back causing the brain to collide with the skull that would work. I suppose it's possible. The NFL could do a lot more to prevent this kind of stuff by ejecting any player that lowers his head and crams into an opponent. Would probably be a lot of ejections at first, but they'd learn. -
