  1. Only 8 episodes. Finished on Saturday. Seemed more like a long teaser to start a story line instead of a complete series. The ending send vague, rushed, and a little forced. Although I was expecting a little forcing of the story to bring together 4 separate lines. Good not great. I'm tiring of the Marvel/Netflix character theme of "who am I."
  2. Winter is definitely coming first.
  3. Will Trump resign or get impeached before Martin finishes the next book?
  4. Go ahead and post the Bay Area women anytime.
  5. It's a preseason game against the Bills, but foolish might be a little strong.
  6. Plus you run the risk of tipping Guam over should that happen.
  7. While at the end of the college football season that year, many experts had Gabbert ahead of Newton on their boards, just about all reputable experts that I remember had Newton in the first. Even Kiper's first mock in the middle of January had Newton at 10. Well before the combine and pro days for complete postseason evaluations.
  8. Just wait until he has a breakout year. Then he will be:
  9. Anyone got a pen and a piece of paper?
  10. Pictures of lynchings for fun.
  11. Plus the fact that when some of those historical figures were alive, slavery was perfectly legal. Child molestation and murder, not so much.
  12. It makes it easier when you can put a face to fascist groups.
  13. You do it all the time. People try to have discussions with you and you immediately resort to things like calling them delusional, or lumping them in to a certain type of fan category and then disparaging the entire category of fan. You are the one that doesn't like being called out on your bull ****, and are quick to play the victim anytime someone challenges you. But you have no problem disparaging entire groups of fans that don't subscribe to your opinions on your self proclaimed facts and takes on all situations regardless of proof. You are a thin skinned narcissist that doesn't know how to have a conversation where both sides are allowed to disagree. You try to command some kind of authority on a topic and will continually shift the discussion to the absurd to to to claim some type of internet victory. In a discussion in 2017 on Hughes, were talking about jauron and mcgahee due to his desire to continually shift the goalposts to a location he can possibly defend. He wants to criticize the current regime, and does so by... jauron. Amazing
  14. Rarely does Badol want to engage in constructive dialogue. He may know football, but interpersonal communication is far more important, and on this site he's woefully ignorant in that regard.
  15. Exactly. Talent wise the Bills lost. But they played close last year without SW (when he did play he wasn't healthy) and will play again this year without him. Is the offensive talent that much worse than what actually played last year? This year the D is back to the 4-3 which most people believe they are better suited for. Losing Darby isn't good, but he was pretty bad last year. If they are able to get better production out of KS (or another CB) than Darby last year, the D should actually be better overall. That's not asking for a lot in terms of CB production. We definitely lost good players and talent, but unless they make more moves, I fail to see how this is a tank job compared with the team we put on the field last year.
  16. You weren't willing to bet a 2 and a crappy CB until you saw those 4 plays?
  17. So in 1 thread we're supposed to believe Sammy wanted to be here because he said so, but in this thread Beane is a liar because of 4 plays between a QB and wr who needed to get on the same page and only had 1 quarter to do so. Whaley was a liar at the press conference fiasco, but maybe only in his intent, maybe not technically in his words. Name a player, coach, of GM that made a controversial statement and a good portion of people will believe they're a liar. We like to believe people when they say what we want to hear or agree with and call them liars when they don't. Chances are, most of what they're telling the media is a giant shade of gray.
  18. I'd still take a Chip Sternum over a Chip Kelly any day. 1 is painful. 1 is career ending.
