If Trent gets a third concussion than he should retire asap. As of now I'd say he could play but any more injuries to the head no matter how severe and I'd call it quits.

I agree with Simon. I would like to see Hamdan play just to see how he'd do but I wouldn't want to risk a loss just to see him play.

So if the Bills went undefeated with Jauron the rest of the year you'd be upset?

No one feels like waiting for TE to get his confidence back. Notice how most people on this forum want TE benched. I also said that I would give him a couple more games. I still think we should wait for TE to get his confidence back for the long term but right now we're going short term.

The reason I didn't post stats for the Cowboys game is because its hard to find stats for games that long ago but thats not the point. You make an ok point with the Cowboys game but that was not this year. The Patriots game was a good game for Trent and that loss belongs to McKelvin/ST. You cant blame TE for fumbling the ball and you can't blame him for the two tds the Pats scored on us. In between those two scores TE never got the ball because of the fumble.

I don't want him on the bench. Were paying him a good amount of money. I'd trade him or cut him.

The only thing that seperates TE from being a good QB is his confidence. He's shown he has what it takes but he lost his confidence. If he can't get his confidence back that I agree with everyone that TE is a bad QB but we don't know that so I still haven't given up on him.

The Cowboys game was more the defenses fault than TE and the Pats game had nothing to do with Trent being the QB. Here's his stats from the Pats game THIS SEASON 15-25 212 2-0. TWO TDs.

We'll find out next week if Fitz can hold his own in the NFL. I doubt he can since he didn't do well with the Bengals but hopefully he proves me wrong.

But we don't know if TE's worth the effort or not. For all we know he could come back from his injury and be really good. He could also be terrible. I'd give him a few games after his injury and if hes still bad then bench him.

I don't count myself a big Trent fan but I feel the need to support him since he is not as bad as everyones been making him out. The way he has been playing than MAYBE SOME backups would outplay him but just look at Mark Sanchez. TE played way better than him and hes a starter.

No. A head coach is not going to bench a 3 year pro for Ryan Fitzpatrick. And the Corvette thing is not a good analogy unless you consider that it can be repaired.

Are you referring to post-concussion Trent or pre-concussion Trent. Before he got his concussion Trent was doing everything right. After his concussion he looked lost. He finally looked good after the offseason and then lost his confidence against the Saints.

So you're happy someone got 2 concussions.

He's getting praise because we won. He's average at best but we won so right now it doesn't matter.

The mistakes Fitz made had to do with his accuracy. He did get some good zip on the ball but I'm worried about how many passes are gonna be on target. Agreed with the last part though.

Did you miss the first two games of the season. Trent was great(at least good) until he lost his confidence because our O-line couldn't block New Orleans. Besides that though he has been pretty bad but I think he could be the answer if he regains his confidence and can play through that concussion.

You're giving us more credit than most Bills fans are.

At the beginning of the year before Edwards had his confidence destroyed he was playing good and we had a good offense. After that he has been a negative to the team which is why we won today with Fitz.

He'll start when he's healthy again unless Fitz turns into a great QB which I seriously doubt.

Agreed, they're both bad but at least Edwards can still be good with a little confidence.
