  1. I was with you on this until the last 3 games, our D played well enough to win @Houston and @Indy Fitz did not. As far as Miami went Thank God our D played as well as they did because if it weren't for McKelvin we would've lost that one too.
  2. Lol, yes I am a loser. Thank you for pointing that out to me.
  3. I've watched just about every game for the last 15 years and there is a certain look I'm familiar with at QB. The look of a QB who is in over his head and whose fire is dwindling. Trent had it, JP had it and a few others. Unfortunately I've noticed that Fitzy has that look recently. The guy looks defeated and deflated.
  4. SJ has become a leader, is talented and loyal. He also produces consistently, first jersey I've bought since Sam Cowart was here.
  5. SJ has been a breath of fresh air on this team, if you're can't see this then I don't know what to tell you.
  6. If you've been hunting Bigfoot for 25 years and haven't found one you should just give up on life.
  7. Or perhaps he's lazy and just not a team player. And no he's not supposed to flick off the camera but to look happy and excited when you're being arrested is dumb.
  8. There's been a lot of talk about McClain being lazy and not much of a team player. I google searched his arrest photo and found this http://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/002/758/820/rolando-mcclain-arrest-photo_display_image.jpg?1353114457 Doesn't seem too bothered about being being cuffed and looks like a moron. No thanks
  9. McClain is actually who I wanted the year we drafted Spiller, good thing it worked out the way it did and thank God I'm not a scout
  10. Why can we count Whitner, Clements or Evans but not Mcgahee or Lynch?
  11. Eric Wood, Lee Evans, Whitner, Nate Clements Lynch if you count starting on the Seahawks Oh also Mcgahee if you're going to count Lynch
  12. I don't see the FO putting first round money into DE unless cuts are made, we already have enough cash tied up in the DL. That being said I love Te'o and Elam. I think Chandler is a good TE w a poor QB and I'd rather sign a FA WR than draft one. Rookie WR don't make an immediate impact too often. I think we need someone that makes a difference right away and Elam or Te'o are those guys.
  13. Okay bro, lol. I'm not going to get into it about Vick, we can agree to disagree, I see where ya coming from and respect that you're retiring from defending the guy. What we CAN agree on is that Fitz is NOT the answer.
  14. Not defending Fitz by any means because he stinks but aren't you the guy who is always advocating for Vick? Vick is just as atrocious as Fitz if not worse at this point and by your above rationale Vick sucks.
  15. I thought the same thing but wasn't it under 2:00 min left? I think under 2 Min the replays are handled by the booth and out of the coaches hands.
  16. I'm not going to say Nix did or didn't have anything to do with the Maybin pick because I don't know his involvement with that pick in particular. However Maybin does not fit the profile of Nix's other first rounders. All 3 of Nix's picks have met a certain profile: More than 2 years as a starter, SEC and good character. I'm not saying he didn't have his hand in it but it sure doesn't fit what Nix has done so far.
  17. Looking at the numbers Fitz is on pace for 27 tds 16 ints and 3500 yards and he currently has the best QB rating and completion % of his career. The guy can't throw a deep ball if his family's lives depended on it but he's no worse than he's ever been, in fact the numbers show that this is his best year yet.
  18. Oh I agree, I think they are only relevant by the medias standards, but relevant by the medias standards is still relevant
  19. I think Luck will be a great QB but he's not there yet. He's the 28th rated passer and has just as many TD's as INTs. Only Sanchez, Tannehill, Weeden, Skeleton and Cassel have a worse rating. I'm not saying he can't beat us but the amount of love this guy gets you would think he is elite already. Fitz has a 10 point lead on him in QBR right now and while I'm sure Luck will be a star, right now we have the better QB. I like our chances against him.
  20. Right now 2- Kyle Williams and Byrd. 3 if you count Mckelvin who's nominated for ST. All three are in the top 3 in afc voting. However none of those 3 were drafted by Nix. Though one could make the argument that the scheme or supporting cast helped propel them to PB status. The other side of that argument is that both Kyle and Byrd were probowlers in previous years before Nix got here. Sooo.... I don't know what my point is.
  21. Fully agree with this notion. I think bringing in a rookie QB with a strong supporting cast is vital for them to mature. Rookie QBs get ruined when too much is put on their shoulders too early except in the rare case of guys like Peyton.
