My main concern with drafting Milner in the first(or any cb for that matter at 8) is that our secondary is soooo young as it is. Putting another rookie out there may not be a good idea. Gilmore, Brooks, Rogers and Williams are going to be learning another scheme as it is, I don't want a rookie out there too. Draft a Cb in later rounds and sign a CB with some experience in the scheme we will be running.

Completely agree, Stevie loves this team and wants to win. Why people find reason to knock the guy is beyond me.

I read somewhere(I don't remember where) that Grimm was Rooneys first choice to replace Cower but the NFL intervened and said the Sterlers should go with the minority since he was qualified and the Rooney rule was in place because of them. I held this position up until about the 10th game this season. Fitz is NOT the only problem but he is part of the problem. IMO the order of problems not involving Ralph Wilson are: Coaching Fitz OLB CB WR SS Halfway through the season I would've put MLB up there but I think Sheppard has stepped his game up recently and may be a decent LB in a better system.

I keep seeing people talk about Te'os 40 time, Brandon Spikes ran a 5.1 40 and whether you like the guy or not he's doing pretty well.

I'm very intrigued by this guy, he looks a lot like Flacco size wise. Good arm from what I've seen but not sure about how we'll he moves in the pocket. I think I'd be okay using our 1st on him.
