has anyone ever known a sociopath?
Hazed and Amuzed replied to kelsay2sackseason's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Lol I know a handful being in my line of work. -
Who cares about character? I want my doctors and police officers to have character, I want Super Bowls from my football team. Not that Fred Davis can get us over that hump by any means. The Cowboys, Ravens, Patriots and Steelers all have players that have lacked character but they have rings. I want the Bills to get rings not brownie points.

Rd 5 pick 155 RB Karlos Williams Florida State
Hazed and Amuzed replied to Drreef2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No it doesn't, kids make mistakes, I know I've made plenty, guess you've always been squeeky clean. Everyone wants to crucify him. The facts were that he was never convicted of anything. He at least deserves the chance to grow up before people start calling him names. Some are so skewed when it comes to this stuff, someone gets a DUI(which is disgusting because it puts so many lives at stake) and others will say "bad judgement, sometimes people make poor decisions" but when a teenager or very young adult gets accused of domestic violence he's an absolute scumbag. I'm not saying he's an angel, just that if the law gives him clearance then at least should get the benefit of the doubt and not be judged by people that have zero intimate knowledge. -

Shhhhh... Don't let facts get in the way of speculation, obviously if he's accused of something he's guilty. That's the American way man- guilty until proven otherwise. Wait... -

Big fan of O'Leary, the kid is tough. Reminds me of Chris Cooley.

Look at RBs from that draft also. Good lord Eddie Lacy Gio Bernard Leveon Bell Andre Ellington Latavius Murray Heck even Denard Robinson and Zac Stacy were in there

Ummm Squats do great things for your core. If you do them correctly and without a cheat rack your abs and lower back will get very strong

What tha hell? Why do people take things like this so personally? He's making a wise career choice and getting paid better. It's not like he's even from Buffalo, he's a Jesey kid. If someone offered to pay you A LOT more to move from Buffalo to Arizona and coach in a historically better program you wouldn't do it? Lol if not then I'm guessing you're not too good at making career choices.

I hope you're joking about the squats. Maybe one of the absolute best exercises for strength, in fact squats help release some of the free testosterone in your body therefore making you overall stronger than someone that skips them. There might not be a better lift if you're looking to be a more powerful runner. Also doing them w out a smith machine or such helps with balance and builds better core strength, doing guided squts may be safer but you're cheating yourself. As far as it being bad on back and knees... Let's remember that these guys are athletes in their 20's and young 30's and every lift has potential for injury to joints and tendons if you're doing too much. Doing squats with a guided machine to prevent injury is like doing push-ups on your knees to prevent injury, great if you're a 9-5er but pathetic if you're a pro athlete.

Bills to trade Kiko Alonso for LeSean McCoy
Hazed and Amuzed replied to CNY315's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We had a top 5 defense last year w out Kiko, I'm a huge Kiko fan but we were just fine w out him. We are heavy at LB, we are weak on O. I'm not saying I'm a huge fan of the trade but I get it. -
I think Housler is going to come out from underneath that rock in Arizona and beast it next year. I would love to have that guy in Buffalo.

[closed]Ray Rice Anyone?
Hazed and Amuzed replied to r henderson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. He's payed his price for the domestic violence so personally I don't factor that in but he really just wasn't much good in '13. -
Has a strong arm and seems to be able to place the ball where only the receiver can grab it. He makes quick decisions and seems to be able to go through his progressions well enough. I've watched a few games of his and from what I can tell he's a tough kid and can take hits. But my favorite thing is that he seems willing to take chances, not scared to trust his receivers. He also started 3 years at Georga and has experience as a winner playing against tough competion. The biggest downside I could tell was that he tends to get happy feet and he pats the ball sometimes. Now that I think about it I'd give up a 5th or a 6th for the kid. And for the "he's a 3rd or 4th stringer" crowd. So what? KC went into the season as a SB contender, why would the Chiefs have a rookie who just came off of an ACL injury ahead of a vet in case Smith went down? Even if he was phenomenal in TC, it'd have been a huge risk.

I like Aaron Murray, I think he's got the potential to be a solid pro, however I can't see us giving up a pick for the guy.

Totally agree. However a mistake is a mistake and even though a hit and run is worse than name calling that shouldn't condemn a person for the rest of his life. Lynch IS a punk, I agree but so is Incognito. They're both guys who I wouldn't hang out with but I'm in no place to judge either of them. Incognito is a maniac and has questionable character just like Lynch, the exception is that Incogitos' spill over to the field(in the form of penalties). The Incoginto supporters/Lynch dislikers seem to ignore that part and thats fine, I'm just pointing it out because I find it interesting.
