No offense but I don't understand how anyone can take Bayless seriously. He's just a character on TV who's paid to stir people up, kind of like Bill O'Reilly. I'm guessing he may believe some of the crap that comes out of his mouth but don't take people like that too seriously, they get paid well to get under people's skin. That's why they're employed. Take the Skips and the O'Riellys of this world for what their true value is... ridiculous entertainment for those that like to get riled up.

IMO one of the best sitcoms ever, and one of the best series finales I've ever seen. Loved the way they showed you the future, very creative.

Completely agree. I don't understand why it's acceptable for a player to get cut (fired) midseason but if he wants to quit then he's some sort of sell out. The same things were said about Ricky Williams when he quit, but no one ever had an issue when he was cut. Double standard

I'm sorry bro, but not in this day and age. That's how I was taught to conduct my business and it's always served me well BUT I'm not a professional athlete in the spotlight like Martin. If he snaps and attacks Incognito and doesn't save those texts and voice mails we're talking about a whole other issue. Is Martin stable? Is he a problem in the locker room? Maybe he gets suspended without pay.... I don't know the outcome if Martin gives Incognito a tuneup but I know now that he's said something instead of fighting that people are paying attention and maybe things now start to change.

Sorry but I have to disagree, the reason so few players have come forward is because football is a fraternity. It's wussie BS to put it nicely. I see this as no different than working in a police department and blowing the whistle on some bad cops, most cops keep their mouth shut when something like that goes down, because its a fraternity in the same way. To say that what makes you tough in real life is different than what makes you tough in football is a cop out. I understand if you're talking about what happens on the field, but this is not on the field. This IS real life and acting like an adult is acting like an adult regardless of the setting. Martin seems to be the ONLY adult in this situation. I give him a lot of respect because, like I said earlier- if it was me I woulld've taken a bat to his head at the first racial slur or threat.

Also, my experience with people like Incognito(and I have had a bit of experience) is that they are B!^@#made and just need a good butt kicking to bring them down to earth, sometimes they need a few. It's too bad it hasn't happened yet.

I agree with you to the extent of only one side coming out makes this a lopsided story, however it's not Martin who is weak. In fact I give him respect for doing it the way he did, I don't have that kind of strength personally, I would've snapped and possibly been in a world of trouble. Props to young Martin for being strong enough to take this route.
