  1. Let's just win one game at a time. Also this year is similar to 2 years ago in a sense that we have a weak schedule, then finish against a playoff team who will likely be resting players.
  2. It wouldn't surprise me if he intentionally hit Losman to put him in his place, but there's no way he would have broken his leg on purpose. It was most likely a freak accident that you would never expect to happen.
  3. Wasn't one of the knocks on Boller is he has a WEAK arm?
  4. Lindell is an NFL kicker and he was in range, it was a kick he should have made and he didn't, that's what lost us the game. He missed it to the right ( ) by a long way off and it had nothing to do with the distance.
  5. Although I disagree with the way the Bills coaching staff approached this game strategically, I can't complain with the results, we lost to the best team in football by a single point.
  6. That is exactly how I felt from the very first drive of the game. I can understand the logic of running because Indy has the worst run defense in the league and one of the best pass defenses, but Indy was stacking the line the whole game, you have to pass if you want to open up the run.
  7. Well Lindell has rarely had to make presure packed kicks, but it seems whenever they come up he chokes. I remember a game against the Texans where he missed 3 field goals and the Bills lost a close one a few years ago, and then I remember when he missed one against the Steelers and although the game wasn't on the line when he kicked it, his miss certainly swayed the momentum. I think people who are hating on Lindell right now are talking out of frustration, I mean he just caused us a shot at a win over the undefeated Colts.
  8. How can you make plays if the playcalling in the redzone is run on first, second, and third down? The only pass he made in the redzone was on a screen pass to Peerless Price.
  9. I agree completely. Also it would be nice if he was given a chance to throw in the redzone...
  10. The draft we just had was brilliant. We have solidified a lot of different positions with the biggest being at safetly, Whitner is outstanding and Simpson is going to be very solid. Our linebackers are fine and when Spikes is done we'll still have Ellison. Crowell it outstanding and he'll be a lock at linebacker on this team for many years. We do need to draft a MLB though, Fletcher is great right now but he's getting up in age, which is sad My only concern on defene is the line, the verdict is still out on McCargo but Marv more than made up for it with a steal in Kyle Williams. I don't like Triplett though, he's too small and he's just not getting the job done, does he even have a single sack this season? We need a big DT in his place, if we had either Sam Adams OR Pat Williams in his place alongside McCargo/K.Williams, we'd be set. I love the core of young players on the defense and as soon as they get the cover 2 thing down, this unit will be amongst the best in the league. As for offense well Losman is a big question mark but I think we need to put an offensive line in front of him before we throw him under the bus, also it would be nice if he could throw more than 13 passes in a game. We NEED to draft an offensive lineman in the first round, forget another QB and forget skill positions. A FA addition is needed as well. The only other thing we need, is a possession receiver. The only receivers on our roster that are over 6 feet tall (correct me if I'm wrong) are Andre Davis, and Sam Aiken, who are both used primarily for special teams.
  11. Not with only 13 pass attempts.
  12. Yeah, we came close, but I would like to see Losman atleast take a shot at the endzone in the redzone. First drive of the game says it all, Bills get all the way down the field with a few nice passes then run 3 times and kick a field goal. Jauron seemed happy to get the field goals, in my eyes if you get inside the redzone and come away with only 3 points, that's a win for the defense. The fact that we didn't even throw the ball makes it even worse.
  13. We are not drafting another quarterback. Not next season. The only QB in the upcoming draft that's worth taking is Troy Smith, and he will be long gone. We need to either stick with Losman or find another veteran (Matt Schaub?).
  14. The sad thing is JP Losman never had a chance to win the game. Every time the Bills got anywher near the endzone it was run on first, second, and third down. Lindell misses the field goal and then the defense can't stop the run and the Colts run the clock out. Losman never, not even once, was in a position to possibly win the game.
  15. Definately a solid game for Clements, he looks bad because he's not making plays, but that's because he's not getting the ball thrown his way, which is always good for a CB.
  16. He played fine today, he did everything the coaches could have asked. He doesn't call the plays, it's not his fault that the ball had to go to Anthony Thomas on first, second, and third down. He made a beautiful throw on the out by Lee Evans at one point, and a nice third down throw to him on the first drive of the game. I'm not going to praise him for today's game, or last week's game, but there's been no reason to bash him for what he's done in the last 2 weeks.
  17. Hey Peyton's gotta faulter some time, Nate Clements is picking him off on the Colts' first possession of the game.
  18. I'm not, the Bills will win this game, finish the season 8-8, and this game will be the lone bright spot of the season, and in a long time to tell you the truth.
  19. well if the Bills get behind early we could really see what Losman is made of, I wouldn't be surprised if he throws over 30 passes this game.
  20. Well the Titans were close to beating the Colts and in the RCA Dome too, so we know that it is possible.
  21. lol, they're 8-0.
  22. The offense as a whole was pretty bad, in fact it was very bad. Can't understand why people get offended when they hear that I mean it's not all JP, mostly the offensive line. The only good thing about the offense was the running game.
  23. "We'll sit down and assess the situation." oh wait those days are over...thank god.
