  1. Why was Clements partly to blame? He was really the only reason the BIlls even had a chance to win it with his interception return touchdown. The goats in the game were Bledoe, which goes without saying, and Lindell, who's short field goal miss (it was 20-something yards wasn't it??) seemed to suck the momentum right out of the Bills. As soon as he missed that kick, you could feel it, you knew it, it was going to start going bad.
  2. ya he'll win it next season when he go 13-3, that's the direction we're headed in if everything goes right.
  3. But is his name Anthony or Tony?
  4. let's just win the next 3, then worry about tie-breakers. I'm feeling optimistic too though.
  5. yep, definately, no questions asked.
  6. The team has really taken a turn since then. Especially Losman. Now he can not only manage a game but he can win it too, and we saw a bit of a combination of that today. He didn't have to do a lot and for the most part he was managing the game, but when the team was in trouble down by 3 points he got them into the endzone. The offense has come a long way since then and I believe they've scored 20+ points in 4 straight games now, and I guess the defense is really picking up the complicated cover 2 stuff.
  7. How do you know it's because he's playing against the Jets? Maybe it's because he listened to Marv and decided to start hitting the holes right away. Last year Mularky said the same thing and he didn't listen, but when he hears it twice, and from the GM, he probably realizes he better wake up and do what the man says.
  8. ya he was great, and you can tell how much he means to the team when he went out with an upset stomach and Thomas went in, the offense just wasn't the same.
  9. Yep he's one hell of a running back, congrats LT
  10. lol hey BuffOrange you forgot the (sarcasm off) at the end!?
  11. he's no good, just a high motor guy who gets lucky. (sarcasm off, am I getting better at this?)
  12. Loved the game, best this season, loved seeing the 30+ on the board for the first time this year, hopefully there will be many more to come in the Losman era. The Ralph SHOULD be sold out next weekend, I'm going for my first Bills game ever! Go Bills!
  13. YEP, SCHOBEL WAS A BEAST, AND (Chad) PENNINGTON SUCKED AS USUAL!
  14. So who thinks that running back is still a primary need for this team, and we need to get rid of Willis? Judging by the way that the offense was running after Willis left, I'd say we're in trouble if we don't keep McGahee. Looks like he took Marv's advice, and hopefully he'll be back in the 2nd half.
  15. uh Calvin Johnson is a top 3 pick you can bank on it, if we can get Jarrett that would be awesome.
  16. How do you try to impersonate Pennington?
  17. We were down 17-0 and things were looking awful, Roscoe was trying to make things happen and get the team some big time momentum heading into the second half, I don't mind taking a gamble at this point in the game trailing 17-0.
  18. KC and SD aren't exactly Superbowl Champs are they? Yeah, the Chargers are in good shape but they havn't won anything yet and don't forget they have the best fullback in the NFL. Shelton isn't half of what Lorenzo Neal is. Not that I'm saying Willis is as good as LT, just throwing that in there. And you're talking about rare special backs like Larry Johnson and Ladainian Tomlinson, last time I checked there's no way that there's an LJ or LT in the next draft, we don't have the opportunity to acquire a player of their caliber. McGahee is better than a lot of running backs in this league so unless we have a Reggie Bush kind of pick available, we would be smart with Willis. What if you get your wish and we dump Willis, then we end up with someone like Cadillac Williams or Chester Taylor, or Warrick Dunn? Or better yet a LaMont Jordan or Cedric Houston/Kevan Barlow/Leon Washington dilemna?
  19. Yes, and the Willis dilemna will happen next offseason not this current one, he won't be traded or released heading into a contract year and if anything the Bills will take a 3rd or 4th round RB who will be a change of pace back for next year. Overall I think we'll end up signing McGahee long term and whoever we draft will be a change of pace draft sort of like Jones-Drew in Jacksonville, except I highly doubt we'll take anyone in the first round, there are much bigger holes to fill.
  20. yeah and also we've played the Bengals a lot over the past 5 years and the Teaxns, in the last 5 years I believe we've played each of them 4 times. 4 times in 5 years is a lot for a non division team even if the teams are still in the AFC. Yet we've played the Broncos and Chiefs like twice in the past 5 years. None of this is based on research I havn't looked it up or anything, just trying to remember.
  21. Didn't you know? Willis is the problem, not the oline, if we get a new rookie running back all of our problems will be solved and we'll be off to the Superbowl!!!
  22. I think we beat the Colts.
  23. He must be a Jets fan.
