  1. I thought he was a good player. I would like to see him come in and compete for a roster spot.
  2. And it gives you a bunch of guys to go an get if/when players get injured. Like Reggie Corner and Naaman last year.
  3. It will be an unceremonious end to a great Bills career for Terrence McGee. He was tremendous for us as a 4th rounder in both the Kick-Return and then later at the CB spot. I do agree, though. His body has given out on him. I don't think another team would pick him up unless they were desperate.
  4. And Oswieler! For that matter, why didnt we trade to 4 and take Tannehill! I am so done with team! Who wants to be fast and strong when you could have all the guys the people on ESPN think you should have? GAWWWWW!
  5. He probably thought it was healing and then when he was in for the Offseason Workouts, the team Dr's and Stevie determined that it was not healing as they had hoped when last season ended. I am more than ok with him getting this done now and not 2 months ago and not 2 months from now.
  6. I love Chris Brown and I read his posts everyday...before I come here.
  7. Well, Stevie was a 7th...
  8. This is Funny. John Beck is terrible. Thats why the Skins replaced him with Rex Grossman, and 2 rookies. I'll keep Thigpen, but thanks.
  9. Bet he locked it up on the second end of the first date...."Well, that went well, and seeing as how I'm going to be a millionaire, and you are destined to be the hottest QB wife in the NFL, should we get engaged?" "You're going to be millionaire...I will!"
  10. I wouldn't touch Jeffry with a 39 1/2 foot pole.
  11. I dont want Tannehill. I don't think they'll take a T other than Kalil and they won't trade up to do it. I guess we'll see. I don't care as long as its not Tannehill, unless they trade his azz for something better!
  12. I am unsure of what Buffalo will do as well. Its actually kind of stressful. I guess I'll just have to find something to do to occupy my time until then.
  13. I'm not high on Batten or Eddins. I don't think either make the team. I feel bad for Naaman Roosevelt because I think he is a good player and has made plays for us over the last two years, but I don't think he'll make this team again this year, and I don't think he is high on the list of first guys brought back. I'm hopeful that he can beat out Ruvell Martin in a ST role, but Martin is a great ST-er.
  14. I really think Merriman will be a pass-rush guy only. He can't take the punishment of playing every down anymore. He can get after the QB on passing downs however. I really think we'll have plays where our D-Line will be consist of Merriman, M. WIlliams, K. Williams, Dareus, and Anderson. We'll hopefully get 5 1:1 match-ups. I think at least one of those five guys wins a 1:1 matchup.
  15. We trade out like its on fire! RUN!!!!
  16. I think Jacorey Harris from Miami could be a value guy later in the draft. He had some real nice games at UM, although he was terribly inconsistent at times as well.
  17. I like McNutt a lot. Dude can play.
  18. Thats interesting. I wouldn't mind trading back, but I am curious to see who teams would want to trade up for that we don't feel the same way about.
  19. I feel like I read that Wanny plays a zone based coverage scheme for the DBs, which means I want guys with ball skills and instincts to make quick diagnosis of plays and then PBUs or INTs. If thats the case, then I am all about getting Gilmore at 10 because, IMO, he and Williams with Florence, McKelvin and McGee would be nearly impossible to pass against, and that isn't even mentioning Wilson, Byrd and Rogers (Who showed flashes last year). I still think the most talented guy on the board at 10 will be Floyd, but the closer we get to Thursday, the less likely I am convinced it will be Floyd that Nix selects. I think it will come down to Kuechly or Gilmore, and from there it will be based on their evaluations of Kirk Morrison, Kelvin Sheppard, and Terrence McGee. Its an exciting time...this snowy April day...
  20. he was a monster against the run for us last season. hopefully the surgery gave him his burst back. his strength was never an issue imo.
  21. I really think Tashard Choice is the guy, in terms of Fantasy Points from this years crop of Bills' running backs. I mean, c'mon guys, isn't that obvious?
  22. When i first watched it several hours ago, i thought the reaction by the guys was different. I just watched it again. Whaley immediately turned and looked to Cook. A small smile on his face before they move the camera. It was not a "this is our guy and I'll blow this if I talk" smile. It was a "cake-eater" grin from Mighty Ducks. Buddy, as only Buddy can do, said "I saw him, but I don't wanna talk about him." AKA - I watched and it was whatever. Cook seemed like he was the guy who scouted him the most, and said some complimentary things about a young man who the Bills have little to no interest in drafting. Just my opinion based on what I saw.
  23. The fact that Spiller started some games at WR last year make the pick excellent. The guy is versatile in a scheme where players with versatility are needed. I am happy with the Spiller pick and I think that with him and Fred, we will have an excellent rushing attack again this season.
  24. I have to say that I rewatched a few of the bills games from last season and was really impressed with donald jones' ability to get past DBs on go patterns. He is raw, for sure, but he was beating DBs and making some catches. Maybe with a healthy ankle he can repeat that. After watching those games, I was ready to give my hopes of drafting Floyd (which doesn't look like it was an option anyway). My new hope is Marvin McNutt in the middle rounds. I was really impressed with his game when i watched his college games.
