  1. One Baltimore fan bookended by two Bills fans:
  2. To be honest, I would still start Peterman this week but keep him on a short leash. If the offense doesn't improve and we have to put Allen in to replace an innefective Peterman then you stick with Allen for the rest of the season and hope he can survive the pounding he will take behind our OL.
  3. He's a bust: http://www.nfl.com/player/treyedmunds/2559325/careerstats
  4. (probably a repost)
  5. Special Teams did well on returns and coverage. Defense was actually better against the run early in the game. Edmunds might be good. OL sucked. As expected.Peterman was terrible. As expected. Secondary was terrible. Receivers open all day long. Allen throws well on the run. I wonder what he could do if we had an NFL caliber OL.
  6. Keeping Foster over Streater or Coleman makes no sense to me.
  7. At least we got something for him unlike the trade for Coleman.
  8. Also.. I should add that the Cure are hard to pin down to one style of music. They definitely had some New Wave style (Boys Don't Cry, Killing an Arab, 10:15, A Forest, Hanging Garden) but also some Alt Rock (Fascination Street, The Kiss, Cut) and even pop (Love Song, In Between Days, Just Like Heaven, Friday I'm in Love).
  9. You mean the game where Peterman started?
  10. Its just an opinion but I consider the cars alt/pop along with Duran Duran. Joy Division, New Order, Psychedelic Furs, Devo, etc... are New Wave. The Cult are more Alt/Rock and Ramones punk.
  11. Hands down the Cure for me. Seen them live at least 7-8 times. First time was at a festival in Roskilde Denmark during the Disintegration tour. Last time was in Boston 2 years ago. Fantastic. For the record... The Cars are not a new wave band.
  12. Best case scenario: O-Line improves and Peterman gets us to another 9-7 season. Peterman has a good season completing 70% of his passes, 2500 passing yards and a 90-95 passer rating. Trade Peterman for a high 3rd/low 2nd rounder and start Allen next year.
  13. 1 TD and 1 INT. Second drive was nearing the red zone when the pass from Peterman when through O'Leary's hands. Not Petermans fault IMO. That was his only pick in his 3 game appearances with 41 attempts. I am by no means a Peterman boot licker. I expected AJ to be the starter but through all of the pre-season Peterman has been the best QB both statistically and with his on field presence. I say Peterman has won the job for now. Let Allen work on his weaknesses with the number 2's in practice and eventually put him in when ready.

  15. 80% completion rate. Hard to argue when he's getting the ball to the receiver consistently.
  16. Peterman has the quicker release which means the ball is out of his hands before he gets his ass handed to him. Peterman's ball speed is what is being called slow. These are two totally different points of fact.
  17. As someone had posted earlier, Peterman has posted top 10 stats in every category this preseason including a good start against Carolina and stepping in when Allen was forced out. Also has a much faster release than Allen and thats why there were less sacks when he was in. You absolutely need that faster release with this OL. Until they fix the OL, Allen should watch, learn and work on his anticipation and release. At this point, with that OL, Peterman gives us the best chance to win now.
  18. No. OL was terrible. I'd rather not risk the future of the franchise behind a line that would leave him vulnerable to injury.
