  1. He was real positive about Tyrod as a passer, too
  2. Yes! That dude that made it must be super smart. It was fun and obsessive haha I remember pushing Test to the moon! Wrestlemania main event
  3. That was great! His interactions with the crowd are generally fantastic. I'd love to see him beat Okada in their G-1 match and then get to headline a show with him in a title match afterward. Even if the Rainmaker retained the belt I'd love to watch Archer get that first win and then watch it unfold- he's crushing it! edit- I'm not feeling KENTA for some reason, just finding his matches boring. People online seem to like him, different strokes I guess. I think he has Okada Saturday which I'm sure will be good though haha Since you're into the history, I happened upon this video yesterday. I've never been a huge Lesnar guy but I found it fascinating, it tells the story of New Japan from the nineties to the modern era and how the company couldn't sell seats and was on the brink of collapse, and how the New Japan we see today came from that.
  4. I played EWR! Burned so many hours playing that game. It's still free on EWBattleground. Omega and Jericho had a match in Japan yes, then a rematch in AEW. He's a fantastic wrestler but also a genuinely grateful, humble guy who many find easy to like. He went the extra miles to learn the Japanese culture (which is ceremonial and we might say rigid in some ways) and cut promos in fluent Japanese and really won people's respect over his years there.
  5. Awesome!! As Cody Rhodes said, no one company, entity or individual owns pro wrestling...we own pro wrestling! There's so much great wrestling going on both domestic and abroad in 2019. I just signed back up on NJPWWorld for the G-1, it's my first time keeping up with the G-1 live and it's been fun! Lance Archer has been putting on a SHOW every time he goes out, I'm loving his new character. Okada and Will Ospreay just had a bonkers match a few days ago, also it's super cool seeing Jon Moxley (Dean Ambrose) mixing it up with these guys, he and Tomohiro Ishii recently had an awesome slugfest. The G-1 is my favorite time of the year for New Japan, every match in the tournament is a fun watch You're inspiring me though, I might need to go back and watch some of the older stuff. Cheers!
  6. It's funny, I actually didn't like the match at Dominion as much as I did some of the previous ones. Glad to hear you're watching the whole series! I think you'll enjoy.
  7. That sucks, I hope the players get that changed in the CBA. A trading team should always be allowed to pay their guy
  8. Matt Miller ain't out here fckin' around-- he does the work. If he says that he means it. Thanks for posting, Yolo
  9. Yeah it was already a thing when we first signed him from the fish
  10. I've actually never tried 2-5, lotta juice at those 1-2s also lol KGB is a legend! Splash the pot venever the f--- you want ?
  11. I play poker somewhat regularly, Parx and Sugarhouse in the Philly area and Borgata in AC. I'm not real big on table games like blackjack etc This was my biggest win https://deepstacks.blog.theborgata.com/2017/06/22/event-10-aaron-friedman-takes-trophy-4314/
  12. Is the claim being made here that Shaq would be racking up the sacks if only McDermott used him right? What a load
  13. Yeah it's the best way to attack these smaller 3 techs like E.O. and Aaron Donald. Donald is The Dude but you can make hay getting your linemen mauling downhill on him. After the way they abused us on the ground last year we can plan right now on Belichick/McDaniels/Scarnecchia pounding it inside. Donald at least had a much more stout 1-tech in Suh next to him than Star is, it's going to be one of the most interesting things to watch week 4 from where I sit. Hopefully Derm has some kind of plan for it?
  14. I think they will run right at Oliver and test how he holds up
  15. I dont think there's much question Patricia did a nice job of keeping Allen in the pocket, the best he'd seen to that point since he'd raised his game midseason, and it did hurt our offensive output. Howevet I re-watched that game a couple months ago and I was actually shocked to see how well Allen played in a game in which we only scored 14. I'm pretty sure that's the game where he converted a 3rd & 10-ish, had a penalty, re-converted again on 3rd & 20-ish, suffered another penalty and we had to punt. There were a number of examples in that game of poor execution by the offense as a whole-- penalties, drops, poor protection and a wanting running game. However if you think Allen himself was stifled being forced to work from the pocket that day, I implore to watch that game back play-by-play because I don't see it that way at all. I actually think, despite numbers, it was low-key one of his very best days so far. He was accurate and decisive and did not make many, if ANY mistakes. The numbers are what they are but even so, in my opinion 17 balled out.
