  1. Hah! We favor winning over excitement, so we're the "bunch of losers"?
  2. "Whipping Post" - Allman Brothers Band If you want to hear your life put to music, take a listen.
  3. I can't believe someone actually had to put this to a poll. Please, if you really have to ask this question, go root for another team.
  4. If you're gonna take about being dumb, learn how to spell Jauron. Tried it two different ways, but you still couldn't get it right. Its almost as laughable as your posts!
  5. "Mr. Tamborine Man" - Bob Dylan Have you ever heard more amazing lyrics?
  6. They've been neglecting SmackDown! for so long I find myself doubting they'll put Monty over there. His talents will probably waste away on RAW's midcard.
  7. I don't see how you can watch the games on TV and pretend you have any idea about whether or not JP is a leader. The fact that he doesn't air out his dirty laundry in public by yelling at linemen and receivers doesn't mean anything. What's he like in the huddle? On the sideline? In the locker room? I don't know, but more importantly you don't know either.
  8. I think "the college kids won't live to see the Bills win a playoff game" would have been more accurate. I can recall playoff losses to Tennesse, Miami and Jacksonville.
  9. I always really liked the Qui Gon/Obi Wan vs. Darth Maul fight. Top notch choreography.
  10. "Southern Man" - Neil Young I think you 'forgot about Dre.'
  11. Yeah, he had no impact on the Green Bay game.
  12. Why do none of those calls seem bad to me?
  13. He didn't say GOOD, he said competent. Lets hope Marv can give us 1 or 2 decent free agents and a high pick (or two?) this offseason to at least get this line to the point that its competent. Because right now, I don't even feel like we can adequately judge JP's abilities. If JP gets behind a halfway-decent line and still looks like Billy Joe Hobert, then we move on.
  14. The last thing I want to see is this line trying to execute a HB screen (if thats what you meant). Also, you want to pass on 1st down when the new line has shown itself to be one of the worst in pass protection, yet a decent running line? Lets run the ball all day long. In fact, I like the way the game was called against Indy. Run the ball constantly, mixing in a few slants, WR screens (to Parrish this time!), hitches, etc. And then you try a deep ball every once in awhile. Around 15 pass attempts from Losman seems about right.
  15. He can make all the throws? He consistently underthrows outs and launches fly routes 5 yards out of bounds. I mean, when is the last time he threw an accurate deep ball? That said, I'm still pulling for the guy.
  16. When has McGahee shown himself to be any kind of receiver?
  17. Quoted for emphasis. Running the ball on 3rd and 10 is in no way showing a lack of confidence in JP! Its merely showing that they don't trust the offensive line to protect him long enough to get the ball that far downfield (particularly when the D knows whats coming). Its better to plunge ahead with Train for a few yards than to go 7 or 8 yards backwards. Puts our best player, the punter, in a better situation to help the team.
  18. Diamonds in the rough? Sixty percent of that starting offensive line is first day picks!
  19. I said this in another thread. The execution of those plays so far has been ugly. It seems like every time they run a bootleg, JP turns and is instantly confronted by a pass rusher coming from the side he's trying to roll to. If we don't learn to execute those plays any better, then the less we call them the better off we'll be.
  20. You know, I might agree with you if not or the fact that every time they try a play action bootleg, someone comes untouched from the side that Losman is trying to roll to. With that kind of pressure right in his face that quickly, these plays have no chance for success.
  21. Right, and isn't that just Losman pointing out that he isn't the one who calls the plays? Or am I missing the meaning? If that is all he's saying, how does that lead one to question his ability to "diagnose a game and act accordingly"?
  22. Its funny cause its true.
