Odd that they preferred to line Schouman up as a reciever rather than Shawn Nelson.

Seriously. People operate under the assumption that Brandon actually is the General Manager of this team. Its just a title. I'm sure he's allowed to give his opinion, but its farfetched to think he's running this time like a Polian or Newsome. There are a lot of voices in the room at OBD; its a collaborative effort.

We have THREE running backs for the first three games. McIntyre is a running back. They didn't use him as a fullback AT ALL in the preseason.

I love the confidence this kid shows. He flat-out tells you, if I get playing time, I WILL make things happen. Check out his post-game press conference. Its very early, but I really feel like we have a player here. The speed and quickness off the edge is remarkable, and he's already talking about working on inside counter moves to make himself better. Seems like he has the kind of attitude it takes to find success. Fingers crossed. How great would it be to find ourselves a top-tier pass rusher?
