    he played strongside when he was in cincy.. then weakside here before angelo crowell exploded on the scene.

    let's give him another year until we proclaim him 'washed up'. like other people said, julian peterson had a subpar year and this year he's doing quite well for himself.

    that first drop by royal was horrible. perfect execution, perfect throw, bad hands. that being said, losman sucked that game.

    one thing that bothers the hell out of me is we almost never do the 'smoke' passes or audible to them when the DBs are playing ten yards off of our receivers.... i just don't understand.

    I liked how Corey Dillon caught a screen pass, got tackled, and then proceeded to throw the ball across the field. no delay of game/unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. i like how Ben Watson broke EJ Henderson's tackle on a catch late in the game, then got tackled and spiked the ball right by Henderson's head. no penalty.

    This is a chance for a team that everyone expected to do nothing this year to show that they're on the cusp of being a contender/a contender. Go Bills!

    a 3rd down pass short of the sticks isn't always a bad thing. say, for instance, it's 3rd and 9, and a 5 yard pass is completed. A field goal attempt that's 5 yards shorter makes things a lot easier. :shrug:

    minnesota made grossman look horrible. he was lucky to get out of there with only 2 (or was it 3?) interceptions.

    he had an excellent stop on a sweep to the left... flowed to chester taylor and stonewalled him. other than that, i don't really remember any plays by him.
