    i agree. but this is his rookie year, the year he'd have been a senior in college. (right?) i think that it's common for players to improve by leaps and bounds from their rookie to second years. so yeah, i think he's going to do a lot better in that aspect next year.

    yeah, my thoughts exactly. granted, antonio gates is the best TE in the biz at running routes and catching, but whitner wasn't able to even hinder gates. :?

    i've never heard it called that, but from what i know (a group of?) people evaluate the players and estimate their draft position, and then the players decide if they want to come out or not.
